Let's forget about Ishwari and her nonsense for a while.
Let's forget about Maami and her nonsense.
Let's forget about Sona's feelings and self-respect.
But when the hell will Dev take a stand for HIMSELF?
He says he loves Sona.
He wants to spend a lifetime with her.
He needs her in his life.
He wants to see her 24*7.
He wants to be there for her, always.
If he wants all these things then why can't he take a stand for himself?
Why can't he tell his mother that he is the one who chose Sona, he is the one who wants her and he can't let her go just because she feels her son is going away from her?
Before taking a stand for anybody else, Dev Dixit needs to take a stand for himself. Who lays down in their mother's lap like a kid after a serious breakup? (Read: the mother who is the reason of this breakup.)
I'm not saying that he should shout at Ishwari or be angry or cold. No. Just show him reacting like someone who had a heartbreak. I just want him to be a little withdrawn from his mother because let's accept it, we're humans, if someone is responsible for our heartbreak we become a little less attached to them, even if they are our parents.
Done ranting. Views?
P.S.- When Dev announced his engagement with Natasha, Ishwari was informed at the last minute & she was all okay with it. She didn't even question Dev about his feelings, forget about other things. When it came to Sona, she's like 'Mujhe bas faisla suna diya' 'Kaise tay kar liya ki bahu kaun hai beti kaun' 'Mujhe waqt toh do'
What's this hypocrisy?
Really need an answer to the P.S.
