Hi G, just caught up on the last part of the episode after seeing your collage. Have watched a YHM episode after ages!
Just my two cents, what caught my attention was not the pain of ishita but the turmoil, confusion and the frightened child that is Pihu. Overlooking all the OTT dialogues what struck a nerve was the poor child who is suddenly seeing and experiencing her perfect life dissolving right in front of her eyes! She is bearing the brunt of the mess created by the adults.
She has every right to question her father about who this woman is, who has sprung up suddenly into their life and has throw everything out of joint. Regardless of the manipulation of Shagun, she is a sacred child who needs answers of why the woman who was supposedly her mother is now not only out of the house and married to someone else, but she is not even permitted to stay with her. Why this stranger who is the neighbors daughter not only staying with them but sharing her fathers room and sharing intimacy with him!
Unfortunately all the children of YHM have been used like pawns by the adults. Aditya, Ruhi and Pihu all of them were used and abused at will.
I hope when they break the news to Pihu about who Ishita is they take her fragile emotions into consideration. Though I am not that fond of Pihu and her OTT characterisation, my heart goes out to her. She needs a lot of tender loving care.
Whoa! Can't believe I am actually moved enough to comment about an episode of YHM 😆
