Some big drama like kidnapping/Pragya's life in danger may trigger memory gain. I don't think it'll be a big deal just like baby truth didn't matter. It's only his married life he forgot. If he forgot everyone then it'd have been a big deal. He'll get to know Pragya and aroras now. Slowly abhigya memories will come back. But I'm fine if he forgets the revenga marriage part. Best for their future!!
