Yup I too got the same ideas ;) Its possible they went together. They both like travelling. But I think nowadays Shaheer keeps his actions and comments a little reserved in SBS segment or other interviews. May be learning from past mistakes which have put him in an unnecessary situation / mess.

May be they dont want to disclose that they went on a trip together. But I hope we get more pics and more hints that they were indeed together in Indonesia :)
