There is not rationale for the characters behavior in SNS. Why the characters turn negative or positive only the Creative team can tell.

As such there is no reason for Nayya to be so negative towards Meera and Vidya. And Gopi's mother character was also unnecessarily made negative.

Now we have to see what Pramila has against Gopi and why she is using Mansi.
