The promo in itself will not be fake but maybe its misleading? I am hoping its someone's over active imagination. Like maybe RR passes some stupid comments about how Dev's choice has disappointed his mom & "marr jayegi Ma" blah blah & an oversensitive Dev has this nightmare...

Anything, anything but suicide please🤢

Yes..suicide attempt track wud throw d whole story out of control. How wud anyone think about their marriage, if that cud result in their parent's suicide. Dev wud b too guilt ridden after this. How wud Dev n Sona meet after separation if Ish suicide attempt was the reason. Poor Dev. Atleast Sona wud have her whole family..but Dev will alone again.

I think it's not deliberate suicide attempt. It's side effect of taking wrong medicine. If we take wrong medicine then there is side effects like vomiting and chakkar I think same happened to iswari.
