A woman dressed in a posh way (some form of disguise apparently) enters a restaurant and meets a man who asks her if there is any problem. She tells him there is no problem but asks him not to create one. She also instructs him to take the money from the garbage box after either of her in-laws left the place. She is confident that they would do anything for their son but warns him not harm her husband in any way. The man assures her of that and the lady leaves.

The lady we saw earlier is Sapna and she is packing her husband's lunch. She asks him to take his medicines on time and he laughs telling she'd remind him anyway. He tells that he would never forget what his parents did to him and that's why he left them and says he would leave anything and everything for her. Varun decides not to go to office suddenly and Sapna forces him to leave. As soon as he leaves, she calls a man who says Varun had just crossed him. Varun calls his dad, who apparently hates Sapna, to ask for money which his father denies in an outright manner and he also tells Varun not to call him or come back to the house again. His dad goes home to find his wife dead. We see Varun walking and the man Sapna had phoned earlier drives the car recklessly and hits Varun.

In the mansion, we see the team investigating the murder. Daya tells that Savita was strangled by the wire and her head had hit the sofa (pointing to the blood stain) and she had died. ACP tells that Savita might have let in the intruder, who apparently knew where the money was being kept or he might have had the keys. They ask Jaswant who tells that the keys always remain with the maid. Jaswant says that Brajot and Sandaki also knew about the presence of the money but he says he trusts them. His phone rings and Jaswant is shocked.

In the hospital, the doctor tells he is out of danger but cannot speak much. Varun says he didn't see anyone, and the doctor says one man from the accident spot had brought him there. ACP asks Freddy to check if the man is available and to enquire.

At Jaswant's office, they ask the peon, who is on his earphones, about the two people, who he says are on leave. He points to Meeta, who is applying nail polish. They wonder if any work even goes on at the office. She says Brajot is on leave and the other one hasn't turned up yet. She tells that Brajot is a Casanova who has affairs with girls for their money and she points to the girl with whom he is currently.

In the hospital, Jaswant is fuming as to why Sapna isn't here. The doctor says that even he tried contacting Sapna but her phone was switched off. Varun cries that it is his mistake of leaving them. Freddy enters and tells that the man had not seen the car driver but had told that the accident took place at KK Road 8. ACP sir says all the events including Varun's accident, Savita's murder, Sapna's disappearance and her phone being off had something fishy about it.

In the office, Riya tells that she had broken up with Brajot who had the habit of getting money from every girl he had an affair with. She tells that he was addicted to drugs and so he exacted money under the name. She tells that he had been in need of a large sum of money but she had not given him the money. The team gets his photo and phone number. Sandaki turns out to be an ordinary man but due to the stress about paying the fees for his 5 year old daughter, he was worried. Sandeki enters and tells that all tension was over and the payment has been made. The team asks how he got the money suddenly and he says he sold his wife's jewels and got the money.

In the bureau, the CCTV footage (with lot of space between the victim and the car when the accident happened) shows it to be done on purpose and they decide to catch hold of the owner.

At the owner's place, they show him the car and he laughs and tells he doesn't know anything about the accident. He takes them to the place where his car is parked. The car is in a dilapidated condition with the front lights broken and a piece of Varun's pant with blood on it. They show it to the man who shrugs and tells that a Yogesh had taken his car.

They go to Yogesh's house where Yogesh is found drunk. He lets slip that he was not intoxicated during the accident. He confesses that he had actually been to kidnap him to exact money from his parents but the accident was an accident. He refuses to tell further. A slap gets it out that Sapna had told him about everything. Shreya enters in the bureau and tells that Kamala ( maid) had contact with Sapna few minutes ago.

At Kamala's place, she pretends to know nothing about CID's presence there. She finally confesses that Sapna had put her to work there so she could details of even the smallest things going on in that house. She even confesses about telling Sapna about the money that got stolen the other day. They ask about Sapna's whereabouts. She shows them and Sapna tries to escape but they catch her. She regrets to have made a mistake but she says she did not want to hurt Varun and whatever happened was unexpected. They also ask her about the looted money.

In the forensic lab, they are informed that two people had strangled Savita with the wire.

In the bureau, the maid tells that Sapna had promised her 10 lakhs and greed had blinded her. She points to the guy, Yogesh and says she had inturn promised 50k and he had agreed to do the work. The other accomplice is a Japatya (funny name!) who drinks a lot and would be found in a bar. ACP sir asks Shreya to tell Pankaj and Freddy to bring him from there. We see Daya chasing a man on a bike and finally nabbing him. He brings him to the bureau and it turns out to be Brajot who was getting away. The money was to silence a girl who was continually blackmailing him. He had arranged for the money by selling his mother's jewellery without his mother's knowledge. Abhijeet brings in Sandaki who tells the same old story that he had sold his wife's jewellery. Abhijeet tells Sandaki knew where the money was kept. ACP sir playfully scolds Abhijeet telling that beating him was wrong. ACP sir calls Sandaki aside and the latter asks if he can leave and ACP leaves him. Abhijeet tells that he had gone to the shop where Sandaki said he had sold the jewels and that it was fishy. Flashback shows Abhijeet and Freddy examining the jewels and the shop owner tells that the jewel was bought at a shop known to him. He had bought it in the morning and sold it in the evening. They accuse Sandaki after calling him back inside. Sandaki denies any such thing. He continues to deny until Daya slaps him. Sandaki tells that his boss was to go out for a meeting one day and he had used it as an opportunity. Flashback shows Sandaki in Jaswant's house late at night. He says his boss wanted some files. Savita directs him to a room where files are usually kept and sits back to watch TV. Sandeki pretends to look for files and seeing Savita watching TV, he starts to loot. Savita catches him and storms out to call the police. He goes upto her and strangles her. ACP sir asks him about the accomplice as two people together had murdered her, but he denies knowing anything. Freddy calls them outside to produce Japatya. He is shot in the leg. Freddy tells that they'd taken him to the Forensic lab where his fingerprints were taken. Japatya finally confesses that when he had entered the house through the back door, he found the almirah open but the cash was missing. Suddenly he had heard choking sounds and out of panic, he had come over to a struggling Savita and ensured her death by strangling harder. ACP delivers the phansi dialogue.

Later in the bureau, Varun and Jaswant enter. Varun hatefully tells Sapna that she is not fit to enter his house anymore and that he would serve his father forever.
