Love is expressed in action and experienced as a feeling but the one word encompasses many other virtues that makes up its meaning. Love can be seen in showing and doing, for then we give proof to the workings of our heart and mind. Our life is a but series of actions of what we feel and think. Within our surroundings all we interact with, there may be occasions where we have to give evidence of where we stand. Now more so in present times when the world has shrunk and become so fast paced. The need to prove our love, commitment and dedication to a personal or united cause has become a forerunner in our lives, be that on the work front or in our relationships. The episode gives an insight into how Vidha's illness gives worthy reason to three influential people in her life to spell out how much they love her.. the extent they can go through to get her medical attention.
It seems heartless on the part of medical practitioners to ask for monies to be paid before life saving treatment to an emergency case is administered . Vidha being a child is immediate medical priority, still the dues have to be paid in advance before further crucial treatment . Parshiya manages to settle payment in advance with the doctor so treatment can begin. Dhani can see Parshiya feels fully involved in this crisis and she is no less appreciative . he is proving out to be paternal material ,she can't get over how much Parshiya has done for them .this creates a restlessness in Dhani too.. Vidha feels like a shared responsibility between her and Parshiya..she tells him , she can ask dada ji for money. But parshiya's honour makes him dissuade Dhani. As usual like the head of his small family, he prefers to carry on the responsibility on his shoulder alone..
Viplav's makes it to the hospital! urgently gives the patients name Vidha tirpathi! She cannot be traced, which makes Viplav describe her case she passed out and was brought in now! he demands to know where she is kept? but it's the surname he's sure of as second nature! is beyond the nurse station records. In panic he offers to check the patients log book. Not for once it dawns on him ,Vidha's surname might be in question? It was as from far, Pratibha calls out Vidha's new full name Vidha kulkarni .. that comes as a bit of a shock !.. but the truth is ,change of name doesn't alter blood ties, neither the fact that this man is Vidha's father and in this hour it would be unwise on Pratibha's part to conceal the truth from viplav. She tells him where Vidha is in intensive care, but also adds the child's being looked after Dhani and Parshiya. Viplav all hyped up kicks up a fuss , he is Vidha's father and none can stop him from seeing his daughter! before she can curb him he dashes off.
If Viplav be the father by blood , then Parshiya has to be the father in place role model for Vidha all these years. Since he is not related to Vidha by blood, I feel he has to try harder to be prove his love and worth for the little girl who he nurtured all these years .. emotions run high with him! he can rise up to doing anything to be seen as Vidha's doting father.. even take up the desperate measure of agreeing to organ donation to raise much required easy cash! for Vidha's prompt treatment .. will this evidence of love for the his gudiya, qualify him to be her blood relation..?only in conjecture not in practice!
Hit and miss drama ,much loved by CVS comes into place to invoke nail biting scenario! when Dhani and viplav miss meeting each other they cross each other unaware of the other's presence. Hasty Viplav collides into a male nurse !while Dhani ends up at the pharmacy.. but Dhani oddly senses his presence, but to frustrate the audience misses him and dismisses the feeling as an improbable thought..
Both though are preoccupied with their daughter.. little does blessed flower fairy realize while she sleeps in the land of oblivion ..her demon uncle searches for where she lies in the hospital and her mother delivers the medicines to make her better!and as for her babba.. he accepts an advance to make up for a deposit to make her well! such is the significance of the little wilting flower in the lives of people who love her dearly ..one day she will value the consequence of near and dear ones in her life.. but for now she sleeps unaware.
But then the bond of love is thicker than water.. Viplav at last reaches his unconscious Vidha's bed side in the intensive care.. his heart is heavy and he cries out for his flower fairy , his box of complaints !to wake up as her demon uncle! her dad is before her ,for her! all this time after seeing her ..his life ,his happiness!. he was forced to seal his lips about his relationship with her! he weeps, well the time has arrived now he will not keep a lid on who he is to her.. he is Vidha's pappa! Viplav whispers to a sleeping Vidha.. but she obeys her pappa not, and continues to be unaware of her demon uncle.. really her pappa's presence ..the nurse arrives finds this man not seen before, tells him he cannot be here with the patient. Viplav growls at her and confirms, he is Viplav tirpathi the child's father! as such he will not move from his daughters side! and demands the nurse bring the doctor and Vidha's mother for him!
Miscommunication and glitch exists between Dhani and Viplav.. what a mockery! they both are in the same hospital yet unaware of each other's presence. Dhani worries sick about the money ,she phones Viplav, its switched off .. one wonders why she fails to text him? would have ironed out many problems! But cvs leave it as this, that only dhani and Parshiya though keep each other abreast with latest news about financial arrangements . Parshiya lies to her he has spoken to his friend and monies are being arranged. Dhani muses Vidha is her daughter she too has to pull up her socks and explore ways to make up the cash... and not just leave Parshiya the arrangement of money. Does Dhani still sense a division between herself and Parshiya over Vidha's issue. Does she feel had he been Vidha's real dad she would feel less under pressure to sit on the sidelines feeling inadequate ? swept by the wave of wanting to do something too.. and at last she finds just the thing to do!
Dhani was one woman who carried out unusual feats in the past too.. this time she has more potency of purpose! she is not just a woman but a mother! Dhani eyes fall upon a poster challenging women to dance on hot embers of coal to provide a thrilling entertaining in a show. The mother is Dhani takes up the challenge , there is big money involved enough to make provision for her daughters treatment within the tight frame of twenty four hours. Dhani gathers her courage there is no time to lose! Doctor says s Vidha needed immediate treatment.. only a mother will dance on hot coals , burn her soles, go through pain! To save her child! dhani muses her love for her child is ruthless.. to save her life she gave up the love of her life Viplav before! So what is this pain? Its not new , not any different from the pain she took through labor to bear her baby Vidha! Dhani sheds a tear .. she is stronger now ,tougher ! no way is she going to let go of her darling beautiful flower fairy! she will endure burns !they will be a sacrifice.. a homage to all mothers who will go through anything to protect their child.. Dhani the mother takes the decision to dance a mothers dance... arrangements for money are chalked out with the organizer of the show..
Viplav s paternal sentiments are put off at both Dhani and Parshiya's absence from Vidha's side.. But meanwhile he pays some current required dues at reception. Parshiya turns up and is visibly disappointed to see Viplav too has cleared some dues. But backs off ,strategically this was not the time to squabble over who puts in how much money as long as Vidha's treatment is underway! But Viplav only wants to know where Dhani is? They both realize they don't know.. Parshiya though speculates aloud that she was preoccupied by arranging for fast money for Vidha's treatment .. he fears she might go to local money lenders for taking out a loan! Viplav is incensed and both of Dhani's knights decide they will both seek her out! Parshiya suggests he'll seek her out in the ghetto and Viplav to comb the area in the precincts of the hospital!
Viplav's paternal figure soon stumbles across the small crowd gathered before the poster of the woman dancing on burning coals for a prize money! Viplav knew here he has to bow his head down to the eternal , universal ,hardy drive of the maternal force that , gives birth. nurtures and protects its child! He smiles .. stupid of Dhani but most certainly a decision that Dhani would take ..he still knows her well..
In full Amba /Durga maa avatar! The eternal mother goddess who creates ... comes into Dhani and her spirit ! her soul ,her body is possessed by the mother goddess.. she steps on the bed of burning embers, Aamba maa , Durga maa give courage! her spirit chants as she over comes the burns and scalds and turns ruthless and lethal in her body moves ready to smite. Destroy ! the disease that dares to harm her child! Dhani's whole body, her defiant eyes! her face becomes a strong statement of resilience! of a mother who can bear any amount of torture so her child lives.. her dance is a worship to the mother goddess Durga who fills every inch of her body with superhuman stamina and resilience! Dhani dances gives her all for the prize.. her child Vidha! till her countdown to the end of her motion of pain worship ends!
Viplav tears his way to the front and catches his beloved Dhani in his arms.. he looks down at her face and she closes her eyes safe and sound in his arms ,her face against his chest.. but more performance between these two to come .. the ridiculous dance of their marriage ,their love is to follow .. cruel to manifest his existing passion for Dhani...his anger bubbles away for her willful ways ! but Viplav keeps it in check till the show organizer and doctor leaves.. then he roughly grabs her ankles and pulls her towards him as he sits at the end of the bed..she winces and asks him not to touch her feet..but he ignores her and demands, what was she doing there dancing on hot coal?? her ego is so inflated! that she'd rather torture herself than ask him for the money! and he pulls her roughly again and she hurts! But replies she tried to call him! and he scoffs her and he supposes his phone was switched off! Dhani gets offended everything is a laughing matter for him! While her and Parshiya struggle to meet present needs ,what has Viplav done nothing? The truth is Dhani has taken away from Viplav the right to do anything for her and Vidha! But he sneers back , it's her whose made everything into a joke..fancy marrying a man she doesn't even love! all so that Vidha can get a dad! He growls at Dhani as he pulls her ankles cruelly towards him.. tell him then!! is Vidha's father dead then??? Dhani doesn't have a leg too stand on she confronts this scowl faced demon!
Well for me the highlights of the episode have to be the SS's Durga maa avtar dance. Have to give credit to the channel as they give actors who are dancers like Mouni roy to display their skills other than acting. The Durga dance was also performed by ES and keeping the essence and message of the dance both actors did justice to the hymn and dance. The final scene between Viplav and Dhani where Viplav feels her bandaged feet is similar to a scene from Laagi where Dutta applies herbal paste on Naku's cut up soles.. she too asks him not to touch her feet.. being her husband.. the final highlight is how three people go to great lengths to see Vidha well.. will the three Viplav ,Dhani , Parshiya work together in this crisis or will discord happen between Dhani and Viplav like always.. incidentally it's a good thing Viplav has turned up.. Parshiya can return the deposit? As his organ donation hasn't happened yet... hamlet53 9.8.16
precap: Viplav reckons Vidha may have drunk poisoned water from the water tank.. at he hospital the doctor tells the family Vidha needs blood transfusion. Viplav's blood matches his daughters no surprise.. and yes he agrees to give it.. Dhani looks on.. she cannot stop him her child's life is at risk...
