Hmmm idk. I actually found the first episode to be quite enjoyable. Idk, there was just something enjoyable about how chill and low-key the episode was. I found it to be a nice break from the insane, over-the-top entry episodes we've had for JDJ these past few seasons.

And regarding the contestants, yeah agree on most points with you! I don't understand why Salman came as a dancer? Just so he could dance again? So we could be subject to his great dancing? Like I mean we already know that. If anything, I feel like Salman should've been a judge rather than contestant. It doesn't make sense.

And the twins were really great! Very striking movements paired with elegance. I quite enjoyed watching them and felt a 25+ would've been better.

And Helly's performance was just really bad tbh. Like really bad, yikes. But I don't think it's all her fault. The choreography for her was so bad. Her choreo had her grasp minute beats in the song which would be so difficult for any newbie like Helly to completely grasp and hence her performance left a lot to be desired. Yikes.

The episode sounded sane but that is what it wasn't normal. 😆

If it was about dancing then he should have come back as a choreographer.

Let's see if Helly improves or not but she was a pathetic dancer in the first episode that can't be denied.

i totally loved and adored the twin sisters and the first thought came in to my mind was that "Naina and Manpreet(if you know about them) should be there as well.But now after knowing that the twin girls have already been evicted i take my wish back.

i have never really watched this show,its my second season.Over all i found the episode ok.Whom i really liked were sid,shantanu,shakti.Then comes Nooreh,karishma,Salman and Helly.Even the surveen(if thats the name) girl was more than ok.And loved Salman's partner she moved really well.AB i think was really nervous and looked held-back.I hope he will open up and improve with time.

Moment I saw Jay with Helly, I knew how this was going to be.

Jay - per my experience watching JDJ 8 - seems to take it slow in the beginning, make a sudden, random comeback, reaches a peak, topples down, and then gives an above average choreography at the end. He doesn't show a constant increase in creativity. But this is based on on JDJ season, so I could be wrong.

Helly will have to work extra hard if she wants to make an impact, because her first performance and song lacked lots of things.

The first impression is that the showing is getting worse and worse lol.

First of all - Jacqueline is the worst choice for being a judge. She cant even form a sentence together how on earth is she going to give marks and commentary?

We need a stronger judge...why not someone like Karishma Kapoor or something?

I am really missing the Remo-Madhuri-KJO combination - really miss them!

As for the contestants - they are all good so far, I think the only person who stands out for me is Nora and Priyanka/Poonam. The rest of them are averagely good.

Salman is another strong contender but I still dont know how I feel about him being on the show.
