Namita need to work on emoting quite well she looked bland here n there in the past 3 episodes...
rest couldn't agree more with you👍🏼

LOL I doubt itni door ki sochi kisi ne bhi😆

I'm waiting to see if the coming epis give some clarification or explanation for these contradictions in Meera' personality or they are expecting us to basically take it at face value that Meera will always be random without reason😕😆

Same here even I didn't get it. Why did she take the blame? 😕

Totally agree about Aman...he seems interested only in having a trophy wife and all his focus was on Meera's looks and how she will be the prettiest wife in his circle of friends😕

The contrast couldn't be more apparent with what Abhi's reaction was to Meera trying to dress up...his focus being more on letting her natural beauty show rather than needing cosmetic distractions...I really liked PJ's acting in that scene.

Much better episode then tuesday but still too many characters that are getting annoying and on my nerves.

The earing scene was good. Abhi is looking for inner beauty while Aman is just interested in physical appearance. Hope Meera falls for these qualities of Abhi and not because of her love for Pant family😆
Liked the scene where Meera is asking about the soulmate. But I dont get how she agrees to marry Aman after just one meeting.😕 There is a very thin line between being whimsical and stupid. If the makers are not consistent ,her character which is supposed to be the USP will turn out to be the weakest. 😕

The wall that Abhi manages to get built with so much difficulty breaks:( Feel so bad for him💔.
But does anyone wonder what that wall is for😆 why is it so important?😆

Ramraj seems to have mortgaged the homestay or taken a loan or maybe not paid some dues because he cannot part with money.

Hi.
Saw.

Better.

I need more of Meera and her family to set a bit of base for her character and if they plan to sell the love story. I also feel they should go a bit easy with side stories..this new chacha thing should have happened a bit later or something. Too Soon.

But Watching it. Because.

Also didn't drag anyone here. True.

Well since day one, Stephanie ji has been whining about that wall and some delegation that is coming. My guess is that she's planning to host a "convention" of some sort there and would like the place to look presentable and not falling apart in front of the guests...so that wall has become a symbol of whether or not the Pant homestay/family can get unite to salvage the business/the family as a whole.

*Edit: Completely agree about the fine line b/w whimsical and stupid...dunno if/how the makers will be able to balance it vis a vis Meera...my expectations have lowered significantly since Tuesday😆

We're talking in short sentences today? Ok😆

I would say lower your expectations further...brace yourself for more randomness and take it on a day by day basis...I don't have high hopes now from Meera's character or the 'lowe story'...kuch bhi chalega...maybe I'm watching out of initial habit right now.

AYYY,
I am just a bit disappointed with them for Meera because she seemed to have the right balance and they need to hold on to it. Or build over it but this whole weird Af rhista thing. Waise she had that good bacchi sanskaari feel earlier too, when she took the idea of marriage without giving it a random thought but it seemed part of her character but the yo-yo pull with her gyaan to Abhi and her own decisions seems so odd. I don't like how her sketch is literally all vague and her family is pushed back to playing contrast. Won't a Home Sec be more aware or enthu about shaadi of a daughter who he does seem to love?

But yeah I like Abhi , there is consistency ..I think in the need to oversell him or his family condition they are rushing too much. They need to go slow.

Honestly that wall seems to be in the middle of nowhere and seems so tacky. 😆 Hope we get some good scenes during that time to make it worthwhile.

As it is the expectations are never high to begin with given the state of television today.

Yeah we're sort of recovering from Tuesday's disaster...the first two weeks of this show didn't give us any cause to think it's usual TV khichdi, hence the shock...getting over it slowly now😆

I liked Meera in yesterday's epi too...a slightly different shade as you said...her free spirit nature aside, she was a little anxious yesterday as she tried to make this decision and follow through with it...but yes, as is the problem with most shows...they don't always follow through on little moments like the mom showing that anxiety...let's see how it goes here.

Also great point on the 3000 rupees scene...it's little bits like that that probably still make me come back to the show...there wasn't anything overt about the scene...but you could feel all the emotions Abhi was feeling as he tried to dig up the money...something really touching about it.

@Bold - Yes. 😆 Well half-half... you made posts. And gif'd. That gave me hope. 😆

Meera's talks with her sister annoy me too tbh. I feel that's their attempt to provide some sort of a support system in meera's life but well their conversations revolve more around the ideas of what is expected of meera and "meera please make sure you do this and don't do that", rather than some real and concrete heart to heart talk. I guess it might just end up being Abhi and Meera as each other's bffs in the long run.

Also umm Aman - like what is he? Who is he? 😕 The guy is an ass to say the least. Just needs to get off my screen.

Like you said, the little basics and simplistics are what makes us want to go back. The raw and real stuff. And while for now there's enough from Abhishek's side to save it. They will need to put more effort as time goes by.

Standard problem of most shows on TV...never get the pace right...which is why expectations adjust kar lo and strap yourself in for a randomness filled ride😆

Meera is a bit of a ping pong in terms of character...randomly she is super gyaani dispensing gyaan to any and every person in front of her...and suddenly she becomes kinda meek also...I remember we were discussing in week 1 how nice it is to see a character so comfortable in her own skin...but I guess she has some exceptions on that front too...

LOL arey what does father ka job title have anything to do with how perceptive he will be about his daughter's emotions? Woh toh character pe depend karta hai...and writers are right now more interested in showing the neglect and family just wanting to settle Meera anyhow.

Abhi is making me hang on for now...bandaa generally does sincere acting.
