Pragya in denial that he cannot die. She asks the nurse for the injection that the physician was talking about earlier. Nurse says its right here, but theres no use to it. Pragya snatches the injection and INJECTS HIM IN THE HEART WITH IT (WTH😲). She holds him by the shoulders and starts crying, asking him to wake up. She tells him she can't live without him and lifes too long for it to go on without him. She continues crying and places her head above his chest...and she feels heartbeats. She gets the nurse to come check, and nurse is saying its not possible and isn't checking. Pragya pleads for her to check again. And the nurse places her stethoscope and says she'll go get the doctor. Pragya looks at Abhi with a smile, still crying, and kisses his hand.

Doctor comes and rechecks Abhi. He asks the nurse whether she has already cancelled the orders for him to be sent to the OT. Nurse says no and he says good, we can't waste any time (HOW IRONIC, DOC)

And why did the doctors not try the same technique as archaic as it is. She must have used the epi pen, that is why they showed no removal of cover. It is a very old technique ( injecting epinephrine into the heart directly ) that is tried when all else fails, not done in the place of traditional resuscitation efforts. Not very effective, but desperate situation calls for desperate measures😳
