That one scene in Hum Aapke Hai Kaun - where Reema Laagoo's character stares coyishly at Alok Nath's character as he pretty much serenades her with his harmonium. W*F is that about? Did I miss something? Were they lovers during college but then Anupam Kher's character marries her or something?
That scene always f**ks with my head, ever single time I re-watch the movie. It's so weird for a bhabhi-bhaiyya-samdhan-whatever to sing and look at each other the way their characters did in that song.
This is probably the stupidest topic ever sorry, but I really wanna know. I've always wondered if, even after watching the movie so many times, I missed something about their characters pasts 😆 When things bug me this much about a movie I have a hard time forgetting.

Like I know he's all 'samdhan samdhan' but he's singing about her earrings and hair and whatnot and she's all shy. It makes me laugh 😕😆
