DECEMBER 10, 2007 WRITTEN UPDATE
SHORT UPDATE
- Karan gets a sketch of the taxi driver made
- Baa wakes up. Meets Mihir. Keeps a fast until Mihir comes back home
- Karan tells ACP that Tripti is alive. ACP demands to actually see Tripti alive
- Karan finds Tripti's home
DETAILED UPDATE
AT NEWSPAPER PUBLISHING OFFICE
*Karan looks out the window to see Tripti. Karan says Tripti, and Tripti stops to see Karan. Tripti shruggs her shoulders and walks off. The Publishers asks about Tripti, but Karan walks out of his office and goes outside to follow Tripti. Karan yells Tripti's name and starts running after her. Tripti gets frightened and starts to run. Tripti catches a cab and Karan runs after the cab, but it takes off. Karan gets into another cab, but looses track of the taxi due to high traffic. Karan gets out of the Taxi frustrated*
Karan: today, again she disappeared with a taxi. I almost had her! *thinks to himself* today even she's gone in a taxi, I don't even recall the taxi number, but I do remember the taxi driver's face...but how will he take me to Tripti?
IN SN
*Baa is in bed, and she slowly opens her eyes to see everyone around her. She starts to cry*
Tulsi: Baa, you're very angry with me, aren't you? I lied to you, but what else was I supposed to do? Mihir had made me take a promise, and I couldn't break that promise nor break you. Your Tulsi was helpless Baa
*Tulsi slightly moves Baa to get her to face her*
Nandini: Its our fault also, isn't it Baa? We also hid this matter from you
Baa: How did all of this happen?
*Damini has flashbacks of the court scene [Gautam pleading his innocence, Tulsi defending him, Mihir saying he committed the murder]*
Baa: all of you all knew, didn't you? But no one bothered to tell me...I've gotten old, all I want to do is die. My grandson is dying and I was here celebrating. Come, take me to Mihir, I want to meet him.
Tulsi: no Baa, you're not well, in this state where will you go?
*Baa begs Tulsi to take her to Mihir and Tulsi pleads with her to stay as she's not well*
IN OFFICE
Karan: I'll tell you how that taxi driver looks like, please quickly make a sketch of him
*Karan describes the taxi driver and the man sketches the description. Karan thanks him and leaves with the sketch*
OUTSIDE OF OFFICE
*Karan runs up to a cab and inquires about the man drawn and if he knows him. The cab driver says no, and tells Karan to go to the taxi stand as there he'll find all the taxi drivers*
POLICE STATION
*Baa, Tulsi, & Damini wait out on the benches to meet Mihir. Baa has flashbacks of all the sweet times she spent with him. Mihir is walking towards Baa, Baa hears a boy calling her name down the corridor running towards her*
Baa: Mihir beta
Mihir: you don't take care of yourself at all, sit down
Baa: I thought you'd take care of me for the rest of my life, now you're leaving me? You didn't think once of your Baa, how will she live without you. You said you'd be there for me life long, you didn't fulfill your promise. Mihir beta, I am proud of you, you've faced alot in life. Mihir Virani takes birth once and dies one death...but your time isn't now, and if its not your time, not even God can bring you to death.
Mihir: Baa, someone had told me, more than living 100yrs that moment is more in which we can give our own a new life.
Baa: Tulsi had told me once, 'Baa you have a lot of strength', but I don't have that much strength to see you leave before my eyes
Mihir: I'll have to go Baa, this time I'll be gone
Baa: but today, Thakurji will have to come, he'll have to!
*Baa leaves*

*Nandini is on the phone w/ Karan*
Nandini: what happened Karan? did you get the newspaper work done?
Karan: No Nandini, I saw her again today, but ran away again!
Nandini: but you don't loose hope, you said it yourself no? that if Thakurji has brought her to you, he'll have you meet her also
Karan: Yes Nandini, its only up to him now.
*Nandini and Karan hang up. Tanya was listening from behind and looks hurt*
IN ANOTHER SN ROOM
Tusli: sit down Baa
Archita: Baa, have some water
Baa: no, until Mihir returns, I will not have one sip of water
Tulsi: Baa, why are you hurting yourself?
Baa: if I hurt myself, then Thakurji will hurt also...he's testing me, but he doesn't know that in these old bones there is enough life to serve him, but until Mihir returns I will keep this fast even if it calls upon my own death
Gayatri: No Baa, no one can change this
Baa: no Gayatri bahu, faith has soo much strength that it'll change time's course, and this time it will, it will have to...
*Baa leaves*
OUTSIDE
*Karan goes around with the sketch inquiring all the drivers. One driver tells him that this driver is Mukesh, and tells Karan to go and meet him fast or else after he's having lunch he'll leave*
IN SN
*Baa is praying to the radha krishnaji murti and all the SN ladies are watching her*
Damini: why are you hurting yourself Baa?
Gayatri: when a devotee has full faith then God has to come
OUTSIDE
*Karan reaches to a dhabba where the taxi driver is having his lunch. The taxi driver sees him and runs, Karan runs after him. The driver gets in his taxi and drives off, Karan gets in his car and follows him. The driver goes off to a dead and and stops his taxi. The driver gets out with a baton type thing about to hit Karan, but Karan beats up the driver. Karan repeatedly asks the driver about Tripti's whereabouts but the driver says he doesn't know her. Karan continues to beat the driver up. Karan drags the driver near the cliffs edge and threatens him to tell or else. The driver gets scared and says he'll tell*
IN SN
*Both Baa and Tulsi are praying*
POLICE STATION
*Karan drags the driver and throws him in front of ACP Ragini*
Karan: ask him where Tripti is!
ACP: have you gone crazy? Tripti is dead
Karan: She is alive!! Staging her own murder and framing my father she's roaming around freely and that too in this city! Not once but twice I saw her!
ACP: Impossible!!
Karan: I knew that you'd never believe me, thats why I have brought this taxi driver here. Ask him! Last night I saw her in his taxi and this too he has accepted.
ACP *to driver* : Speak up! What he is saying, is it the truth??
Driver: Please don't do anything to me madam
*ACP slaps driver, and yells at him asking for the truth*
Driver: yes madam, it is the truth. The lady was the same as the photo he showed me *points to Karan*
Karan: did you hear him? now release my father
ACP: never, the law doesn't rely on just hearing things. If Tripti is alive, then bring her infront of me Karan!
Karan: the witness is standing in front of you!
ACP: which also can be a lie. You love your father alot, don't you Karan? You've brought a false witness. And I don't want a witness, I want Tripti alive standing in front of me!
Karan: if this is the matter, then I'll bring Tripti in front of you. Then what are you, not even the law can stop my father from being released.
*Karan grabs the driver and leaves*
ACP *to self*: Tripti is alive? Imppossible *flashbacks are shown of Tripti's body* But how can Tripti be alive?
IN SN
*all the SN ladies are now praying*
Mohini *to Daksha* : if just by praying we could save someone, then no one would die
Daksha: no Mohini, praying has alot of strength. If Tripti is alive, then Karan will pass any obstacles to bring her out.
OUTSIDE OF POLICE STATION
*Karan forces the driver to tell him where he took Tripti and show him the place. Karan drives to a place wehre the driver had told him about Tripti getting off that night*
Karan: is this the place she got off?
Driver: yes sir, she got off here, and afterwards she headed towards that home
* a small red-roofed home is shown*
Driver: now please leave me
Karan: go
*Karan heads toward the home*
IN SN
*everyone is still praying*
OUTSIDE
*Karan walks up to the home and a security guard asks him who does he want to meet [itne chote ghar ke liye security guard??]. Karan shows the gaurd a picture of Tripti and the guard tells him that she lives in the home across the street*
Karan *thinking* : Enough is enough Tripti, today your game of hide and seek ends here
IN SN
*Damini's cell phone rings*
Damini: hello?
Karan: its me, Karan, Damini. The address I am giving you, listen to it carefully, 25 MG Road GreenCottage worli
Damini: but what are you doing there?
Karan: this is Tripti's address , Damini...If something happens to me, then you'll find me here
Damini: no Karan, you don't go in please, I'll call ACP Ragini and tell her to go
Karan: Damini, by the time she gets her Tripti will run off...I have very little time. Bye
*Karan goes to the house and rings the doorbell*
Karan *thinking* : now that apocolypse is here that will change all of our destiny.

Damini *praying* : The truth has hidden a thousand times, please bring it forward Thakurji
*scene ends with someone opening the door [Tripti?] and Karan's 10min shock seqence*
