i know yhm is a lost case nowš„±š„± and we are not getting it back and so i am damn sad and angry yaar so just wrote the following mail to sp ..venting out my feelings. its quite obvious that they won't reply to it and its useless but i just did this becoz i needed to get it out of my system.šš”
here it goes-
i have been an ardent viewer of a very famous show of your channel and today i am writing you this email to thank you for giving us a wonderful show like Yeh Hai Mohabbatein in the past. i am saying this because the YHM which is right now airing on your channel is not the YHM we signed up for and for us, the fans of the show YHM got over the day you ruined the show completely. we signed up for a beautiful story of 3 broken souls names ishita , raman and ruhi and how they come together and heal each other but right now the show which is being telecasted on your channel is anything but NOT surely the story of these 3 people.
right from introducing the most disgusting of the tracks like surrogacy to bhoot drama to crime thriller ...you kept on ruining the show completely and the much awaited LEAP of yours has proved to be a final nail in the coffin. when we fans protested against these tracks you never paid heed to us and we hoped that leap might bring the focus of story back on lead couple of the show and their kids and the family's reunion but sadly what we have been getting is -
no lead centric track
unnecessary screenspace and importance to sidey and useless characters like senior inspector and tons of others
boring drama and the focal point of your story being the female antagonist named SHAGUN.
forget about giving us a lead centric track...just try and watch the episodes of your show and see when u gave us the following-
a decent ishita- raman scene
a decent ishita- ruhi or raman-ruhi scene
adi-ruhi , adi-ishita scene or any ishrarudihu family scenes...
all we have been getting is the story moving around a single character named SHAGUN and believe me soon enough she will be the reason your show is going to see new lows and lose all its charm as well as loyal fan base. your and production houses's obsession due to onscreen and moreover offscreen reasons for an actress and a character is destroying the show day by day and the result is that ardent fans like me have no choice but to leave watching the show completely and see the show face its worst fate.
even other rival channels know how to encash in the popularity of the most popular TV jodi that u have - ISHRA ( latest example being gold awards 2016 which telecasted their performance as finale performance for the evening) but sadly ur channel itself does not know how to use its assets well,
so i would like to wish you all the best for the destructive path you are taking and risking your most famous show...this way it will give u ratings for sure for few more months but in long run the show won't last and that wud be really very sad.
