I'm just trying to figure out how Madhu Chachi manages to cook for the 14 mushtande ppl of the Pant family AND cook for the guests on TOP of all that...like they probably have atleast 10 guests at a time I'm guessing, no? Toh how is she cooking for so many ppl in that tiny kitchen all day by herself with no help from anyone? Hats off to this woman.

I'd say she's earned the right to nag at this point given how nikammi the other bahu is😆

Did you see that rope arrangement, like she sometimes sends those vegetables for cutting to Abhi's mom ..nice! But true she cook all the time and that is why she be proud and nagging. To cook in limited budget and for so many people.

The other Uncle and Bahu be both velle and nikamme . Does the guy earn even?

Madhu kich kich does make sense given how she manages whole Kitchen in low budget and no help ...

Tulsi ki beti is doing good job...lol I never liked her when she was in prime time..😆

@CG : I guess the elder chachu is employed ...Builder one is vella..

I feel that Kapil guy is gonna present himself as the one who plays Mouth Organ to impress Meera...

BTW did Abhi's father ...did dusri Shaadi and left the home..??

I rememer Madhu chachi saying in one scene "Koi amir ghar ki ladki nahin chahiye warna , woh bhi Abhi ko le jayegi jaise Bade Bhai sahab ko le gayii"..???

@RS- That Kapil guy is so weird , he seems like an odd ball in usually tight-knit cousin group.

Oh Yeah that dialogue , I thought there might be another brother who ran away too. Because I faintly remember someone saying that. But if Abhi's dad did it after having 3 kids then sooo weird .

@Genie: The rope arrangement is indeed cute and a little reminiscent of the rope bell arrangement b/w Mohan-Nanhi in NBT...lol

Re: the father...I read on Wikipedia that the father apparently abandoned the family for some spiritual pursuit...it's a different uncle who got married to a rich girl and took off with her.

I think they might be bringing the dad back at some point because there are some promotional pictures around where they show some man who is not part of the present Pant clan.
The man by Kapil on the top might be the "father" character...

Oh good catch, Amy...yeah the dad will probably be back at some point for drama in the story but I'm guessing they will focus on getting Meera into the family first.
