I feel Anika and Ishana are sisters...real wala...if you remember Anika's dream then you will notice that Anika was taken by a lady..who is most probably from the orphanage and her sister was taken by a lady constable...so I think she was taken to juvenile center or something for some reason...and from there or after coming out she somehow met that guy and he adopted her...This way he is Ishana's father...and Anika herself don't remember her past from that time then how come her younger sister will remember..so Ishana also don't clearly don't remember anything..and here Anika also adopted by Sahil's parents...and I feel that this secret of Tej and Shakti is related to Anika's real parents...😉😉
