Episode begins with the judge declaring that Karvi will have to undergo a DNA test for the matter to be resolved.As Survi is about to leave she hears Kartik's lawyer telling him that now that the judge has ordered a DNA test to be conducted,there is no way he is gonna lose the case.Survi gets a little disheartened on hearing it
Outside the judge's chamber Survi feels dizzy & is about to faint when Kartik runs to her & holds her.
He then chides her neglecting her health & asks her to take care of herself.The judge keeps looking at them from afar & smiles.Kartik realises he showed his feelings for her & so changes tack & says that he wants her to get well cause they have a long fight ahead of them
Survi reaches home & sees Khushi all upset.She tells Jatin all baout the DNA test & asks him to not say a word of it to Khushi.Survi then goes to talk to Khushi who asks Survi to promise that she would always be by her side
Kartik reaches at Survi's house to see Khushi.He brings along with him presents for her.At first Survi asks him to leave which makes Kartik upset but then she tells him about how she hasn't told Khushi yet about the custody case & that she doesn't want to put her through any more mental agony.Kartik understands & asks Survi to accept those gifts he brought for Khushi & leaves
Back at Barve mansion Tai is making renovations to Kartik's room to make way for Khushi.Riya gets upset on seeing all this.Tai assures her that she is gonna make Khushi's stay at the Barve mansion unbearable for her
It's morning & Karvishi are at the hospital for the DNA test
Back home as in precap Jatin fails to hire any lawyer to plead their case cause Survi didn't have a strong case.
Cut to the court Survi fails to make it to the court in time & the judge calls for a recess ending which she intends to pronounce the verdict.With the recess being over the judge is about to pronounce the verdict when Survi all dressed as a lawyer makes an appearance

The judge takes a look at the DNA report & declares that it's negative i.e. Khushi is not the biological daughter of Kartik Barve
Kartik is shocked while Survi is happy

The night before the DNA test they show Karvi's feelings for Khushi
On the one hand they show Survi putting Khushi to sleep & is apprehensive of what tomorrow might hold out for her
While on the other hand they show Kartik looking at some of the pictures of layouts of rooms for children cause he was thinking about remodelling his room for Khushi & so he starts to recollect his moments with Khushi

SURVI'S WISH 😳
Right after Kartik chides Survi for not taking care of her herself,Kartik realises he is showing his soft side & so quickly changes tack & tells her to take care of herself cause now they can't be together since things had turned so much bitter between them
To which Survi's inner voice lets us know that she wishes to wipe out that day when Khushi died.Cause if it weren't for that day Kartik & she would still be together
