Ishana is injured again??

In SBS (ABP) she had a red mark her forehead..

yesss even i noticed... but was confused may be the lights still sure its a hurt 😲 😲 kya hua ishana ko ?? 😕 😲 btw vrushyyy looked cuteee loved her segment

That mark on her forehead was in her last SBS segment too.. I wonder what it is.. 😭

May be again the goons could have hit her or it can be her plan.So that Om see's the mark n comes to talk to her.
