Episode begins with Survi talking to Jatin.Her heart goes out to see Kartik in so much pain & she lets know that she can't see Kartik thus.Khushi comes to Survi & makes an emotional appeal to Survi to never give her away.Survi promises her that she would do whatever it takes but would never let Kartik take Khushi away from her
At Barve mansion Lata disapproves of Kartik's actions & asks him to stop cause he is destroying himself in the process
Tai keeps putting up a show,makes it look like she can't see Kartik thus & asks Kishore & Hema to go talk to Survi.Kartik asks them to let Survi know that he would be be willing to reconcile with Survi,forget & forgive if only she would agree to bring Khushi back to him
Hema & Kishore reach Survi's house & ask Survi to come back.Survi refuses to go cause Kartik hasn't forgiven her yet,that she might have considered moving back for Kartik's sake but that wouldn't be possible now cause Khushi had developed a dislike for Kartik after todays's episode at the Barve mansion
Hema & Kishore go back & let everyone know about Survi's decision.Kartik then sets out to do something to make Survi do what he wanted her to
15 days later Survi is getting increasingly uneasy & talks about it to Jatin,that she is pretty sure Kartik isn't one to give up so easy.Jatin tries to calm her down when as in precap a lawyer arrives & informs Survi about the lawsuit
Survi is appalled & goes to talk to Kartik.She pleads to Kartik to not go ahead with the court case cause that would hurt Khushi more.As always Kartik asks her to admit to her wrongdoing while Survi stands her ground about she having done nothing wrong.Survi goes on to request every member of the house to help her out,yet noone comes forward.Kartik offers Survi that he would make everything go away if he can have his daughter with him.He offers Survi a huge alimony,all the profits of the project to Jatin & assures her that he would never see or harass her anymore & thus she would be free to live happliy with Jatin

Kartik has got a recording of the moment wherein the kidnapper reveals it all & falsely implicates Survi which he submits as proof before a judge
The judge tells Survi that the recording clearly made it look like she committed a criminal offence & that makes her liable to face jail sentence
