Survi to me is quite unique amongst the rest of indian female leads; too bad her character alongside the show and its actors are not getting the recognition that other idiotic shows like sns and ssk are getting 😡
Survi is portrayed as a girl who can be both the ideal wife, daughter-in-law/ daughter, mother etc. but also she is strong-willed and is a fighter who doesn't give in to the whims of others whether that be her husband or the villains. Survi is not the typical indian female lead who can be emotionally blackmailed or teared down, but rather she pounces back in the most unexpected, ferocious and intelligent way possible. She is someone who thinks practically in an otherwise tricky and tough situation and even when she is cornered, she does the completely unexpected and shocks all the other characters who dare tear her down by blackmail and threats. If someone thinks that they can keep survi dancing to their tunes by threatening the people she loves the most, she won't ever just sit and cry and do as someone asks out of fear, but will come up with a plan that not only fails the devious plans of the other characters, but also shocks them.
Survi is constantly underestimated by the other characters, who consider her to be just sweet, principled, simple and harmless, but each time she has shown them a side of her they never believed could exist. To me, survi is what every indian woman should be like. Survi is not a doormat, as although she is an emotional person, she won't let a person just get away easily with walking over her and making her helpless and defenseless, but when her enemies least expect and are smiling over their supposed victory, she carries out her counter-attack that is a result of her quick-thinking and intelligence. Bow down to the best indian female lead ever 👏
