I am so utterly charmed by this show right now...today was such a feel good episode :) with some healthy dose of wit and humor too.

1) The opening scene with Ram Raj ki comedy was gold🤣...his phunny English with, "My wedding Madhu...she Mr. India,...passed away...Little Balraj...his wedding Rekha...my father, very kidding brain"🤣🤣🤣 Seriously awesome scene! Kudos to the writing...situation very nicely presented.

2) Rohan and Babli's scene as they earnestly cross their hands together hoping for Meera to pass the crazy Pant family test...very sweet.

3) And speaking of Meera oh Meera...kya namoona😆...how utterly guileless and charming this character is...so nicely presented too...so effortlessly and unintentionally she managed to pass the Pant family test with flying colors without any Ajay-Vijay questions😆...and it was adorable how she managed to bond with the family.

4) The scene when Abhishek sees Meera for the first time and is so enchanted...even as he doesn't forget to rattle off the list of errands he's completed😆...Meera for her part seems non-commital towards him, too busy trying to figure out the strange 'rituals' of this home stay 😆

5) The scene from the promo when Meera manages to diffuse the typical Pant family argument in her own unique way...the matter of factness with a surprising wisdom...what a sweet bunch of contradictions this girl is...and as if Abhishek wasn't already charmed enough, she earned his respect there too.

6) Another situational comedy bit created when Abhi Meera walk out of the house and the argument b/w the workers fixing the wall corresponds to Abhi trying to talk to Meera...haha aaj toh writers ne dil jeet liya, sach.

7) The bit when Abhi asks Meera, "Kahaan jaa rahi ho?" and she replies, "pata nahin...lekin jaana hai...tumhein pata hai tumhein kahaan jaana hai?"...another one of those dialogues from this show that make an impact with their disarmingly deep simplicity.

Overall good round of metaphors tied together in this epi...pooja ke saath saath Meera bhi ghar aa gayi...mannat puri ho gayi😆.

Precap seems to indicate that the family has finally realized Meera is not Meenakshi and they've shown their ugly side to poor Meera...intrigued to see how she handles it in her uniquely Meera style.

P.S. The bg score of this show is sooo heartwarming...I'm loving it :)

P.P.S.: Also LOVE the fresh and real locations they are using...I hope this isn't short lived and we get to see the beautiful locales beyond just the initial 2 weeks before they turn to a standard looking set...Mussoorie looks gorgeous.

The show is so light hearted with strong dialogues to introspect self(mouthed my Meera)
yesterday's epi was so feel good types
unknowingly Meera have passed the test and thankfully there was no Ajay-Vijay 🤣
She impressed one n all
I too feel she will do naam roshan atleast in marriage 😆
Meera's character is so so unique...makes u smile and question at same time
sometimes Meera looks very simple girl next moment i find her as complicated character
Totally in love with Meera ❤️
and that dialogue "pata nhi...lekin jaana hai...tumhein pata hai tumhein kaha jaana hai"
it looks just another dialogue but when u think about it has much more to think n understand
I am in love Locations...after Everest this show has best locations❤️

The dialogues have been so great so far! Especially the ones you've mentioned in your post 😆
Rohan's character is someone I am hoping they don't ruin. They've done a great job so far, and I have high hopes that they journey will only go upwards from here :)

I had to watch it on another website because Sony doesn't make the episode available to those out of the country until 48 hours later [which, by the way, is soo annoying] so some of it was cut out, but I think (4) covers it up :P

Like you, I'm really enjoying the show so far as well! Let's hope the BBKD team does not disappoint after such a BANG-ON start 😎

Nice episode. 😊
I really like meera's character...it's so nice to see a person total ly comfortable in their own skin...she might appear confused or unfocused to others but she understands herself and it's the others who can not see the world/life from her point of view!!

And abhishek, very realistic portrayal of a person who tries to do his duty and keep very one happy but at the same time is aware of how fruitless his efforts are at times.

And a totally hilarious episode today!!!

So a girl considered to be a total misfit in her own family, becomes a perfect fit for this misfit family !! 😊

Meera's character totally won me over in this episode. She states everything so simply yet it has deep implications.
Also like the small Meera-Abhishek interaction. It had a natural feel too it - nothing forced.

I hear ya...even I have to watch the show on another website and some scenes get cut out...wish Sony would get over this 48 hour timeline nonsense.

Word on Rohan's character...I'm really liking how they're portraying him and so far his interactions with the various characters are very heartwarming...hope to see the show continue on building on this good start.

Fantastic point you've made here! That is exactly what I'm loving about her character too...so rarely do we get to see characters so utterly comfortable in their own skin...a person so ready to embrace the good and bad in life because she finds a way to rationalize it in her head...

The show is exploring the concept of misfits in an interesting manner...as you said, Meera may be a misfit for her own family or maybe the world in general who just doesn't know how to get her...but to the Pants, all her eccentricities instantly connected and charmed...for that matter, even Abhi would be considered a "misfit" in the highly educated IAS Raizada family with his unfinished Engineering education...and yet, he's such a gem of a guy...the show makes some good points about relationships and interactions in general.

Word about the Abhi-Meera scene...I also liked how natural it was and didn't feel forced with random trip-catch, dupatta crap happening...understated, cute awkwardness especially from Abhi😆

Anu 🤗 Bang on post!! The highlight of the show has been its simplicity. They explain the complexities of relationships, human nature in a quirky yet matured manner. And Meera!! I love her. She is like a breath of fresh air.

I loved Babli and Rohan's interaction in the episode. It was so heart warming. And Meera was superb. She handled the Pants brilliantly. She had totally charmed them. Abhi was feeling so awkward around her and she was happily enjoying the weird welcoming ceremony at the home stay 😆
