When did our Anika become nyctophobic (fear of darkness)?
I mean, during the pool scene she went inside the dark oberoy house when Roop had cut the power, Anika wasn't scared then. Is it something the writers just came up as a the show is progressing? Hehhe🤣

Does Anika have any history of trauma relating to darkness? ?? I might have missed it or the writers haven't told us yet.
There was a scene in one of the episodes where Anika had a nightmare (where her sister was separated from her) and woke up afraid. The room was quite dark and Sahil rushed to comfort her. That was the first time they showed that she is afraid of the dark. During the pool scene also she was afraid, but there was some light and she decided to go ahead as Priyanka would be around and get her keys.

If I remember correctly even that day she was hesitating to go to his mansion as it was dark due to the power cut.
But she reminded herself that she needed to get the keys (of what I don't know) for Sahil as it was his birthday and she was already late.
So yeah, that day Sahil was the push that gave her courage to go through the darkness.
