Zee TV's Meri Saasu Maa(Mumtaz Saba Productions) recently saw the entry of actress Aanchal Khuranawhose character has been modelled on Deepika Padukone's character inHappy New Year. Well, the girl got an opportunity to dance like the glam actress, to her popular number Lovely from the same movie. In an upcoming track that will air, the dancer girl who is pretending to be an NRI lady will miss her dance so much that she will sneak out at night and enter a bar and dance her heart out. However, Sattu (Pearl V Puri) will follow her and reach the bar, and will be stunned to see her avatar. As per sources, "Aanchal's character will be seen swaying to the Lovely' number, in the same manner as Padukone. Aanchal was given the same dance steps as Padukone, and she did a swell job." When contacted, Aanchal told us, "Yes, I had less time to learn the choreography for the song. I watched Deepika's dance overnight and got the exact steps to it. I am glad that it came out well, as I was very much unwell when I shot for the song." If sources are to be believed, the track ahead will also see a dance face-off between Aanchal's character and Sattu, wherein Sattu will ask the girl to marry him if she loses the contest.
