He probably is promised a big role in some other production of SLB like he did with Priyanka , BM and Marycom. It will make one impressive cast even though I can't stand shahid off screen.

I mean, Khilji sees her once and gets obsessed.

Then isn't it more of a battle and stuff between RS and SK? This is what I had read online about the whole historical situation.. I could be wrong..
