If he has became sick after she left and Ishwari had called her to take care of Dev than it is Sona's and Dev love insult
beta sick she want Sona back ?If it is a jealousy track then okay , Dev murmuring Sona for help etc then it will be a treat to watch
i dont know you will agree with me or not but if a mom can't understand what her son wants than she is not close to him as a Maa can figure out her child feelings before he or she knows it
