This post is for those who have a big problem with Ishana's OTT 'ness .

Ishana is supposed to be filmy and crazy. Isnt's it obvious the way she is shown trying to impersonate Salman, Deepika, Kangana?? She crazily dances on a Salman song in a tapori manner . Thinks SRK's palat formula will work on OM . And may be we will have more of them coming.

So how exactly is it Vrushika's fault if the USP of her character is such. How is it her fault that Ishana is so filmy ?? Vrushika obviously has to act it out accordingly . Why will Ishana show intensity while staring at Om? She doesn't love Om as of now.

Logically a con woman should be ruthless and sharp. Obviously Ishana isnt like that and comes across as too naive who hallucinates in her Bolly world. Why so ? Well lets give time to the writers to unravel that. and tell us why she chose to be a con- woman.

And why do some people want her to be a female Om ?? Om and Ishana are poles apart and thats what writers are aiming to capture in their story. How well they capture it , only time will tell.

P.S - As for those who have a problem with the fact that she has fans. Sorry. Can't help. We love her and will continue to appreciate her work. 😊

Exactly. Her character sketch is that of a filmy, crazy, yet sharp personality. And that is what she's portraying. People can't ask Omkara's character to suddenly become like Ishaana's for no reason, neither should her character become like Omkara's for no reason. They're different people. For me personally, I prefer her energy and fun dialogues over the fighting/family drama any day, as its refreshing to see such a character and positivity on indian tv. And I'm looking forward to more of her scenes. Moreover, disliking certain things of a character shouldn't translate into disliking the actor, try to keep those 2 things separate. I skip a lot of things in the show I don't like, but I'm not making rant posts about it, I just skip it. And if suggestion/constructive feedback is required for the improvement of the show, I'll give it. But that's that. And yes, Vrushika has been constantly working in several projects for the past 4 years and has earned popularity and recognition, which is a good thing, not something to dwell upon, but to be appreciated. And I hope her hard work and improvement only wins more hearts. Looking forward to Ishkara track being fully started.

I am not a fan of the actress as I have not seen her previous shows but then I am not a fan of any of the actors in this show. I felt the concept was going to be interesting but alas that part of the bargain has not been lived up too as of yet.🥱

See that the thing, actors are told how to emote and how their characters are to be characterised in shows!! They get given cues on what to do and they do it!!Ishaana is an OTT character as are all of Gul Khan's heroines in the initial stages, and they subsequently grow into different emotions and that is what is being shown in Ishaana's case. If individuals have issues with it, well tough, they can either change channels, don't watch it at all, or just suck it up and watch it.😆

Each and every characters in this show are OTT in one way or another, so at least be real in what one terms criticism!😆

Good luck to the actress!! Haters are going to hate, but at least they are discussing her!! No publicity is bad publicity! So thanks!😛

you know what, this isnt about the fact that Ishana's character is OTT, i get that the character is OTT but her acting is 100 times more OTT then the character is. I've seen a TON and i mean a TON of actresses playing this same loud, childish, bubbly, in your face character, Sanaya in IPK, DD in Geet, Rati in MJHT, Ragini in SGP, Kareena Kapoor in JWM, this is the worst i have ever seen in a very very long time. Theres a sweet way of playing OTT characters which makes them endearing like the above mentioned names, then there's making people cringe like Vrushika is doing so far for me at least. Again i'm willing to give her time to get better. Their poles apart personality isn't my problem, for me it legit is her acting skills. But again, like i said, willing to give her time to improve. She'll hopefully get better once she's more in the skin of Ishana.

Ragini in SGP was a high society classy girl and Ishana is not that. And Ishana is not only chirpy and bubbly. She is high level filmy.

I toh never liked dhrasti dhami n Nikita dutta of EDKV for me they can't even act to save their life but that's my choice na i mean i have seen so many people who loves them toh main unhe thode hi na bolungi ki plzz hate them just because i don't like them but in IB forum the scenario is different

Here toh people r mixing the characterisation of Ishana n vrushy's acting

N frankly speaking m not even getting it ki what's the problem i mean she is doing well look at anika

She has improved so much but IshKara fans ko usey time hi nhi dena hai n if that's the case toh we can't do any thing n hamarey khayali pulav pakane se kuch nhi hoga because the truth is ki Ishana is opposite om n vrushy is playing ishana's character bas😊

But then again she isn't playing the character that would make you like her. She comes across as the weakest link in here. If she can tone herself down things would at least begin to fall in place.
