The success of the writer duo Sonali and Amir Jaffer's debut production venture 'Bahu Humari Rajni_Kant' seems to have made them one of the most sought after producers in telly land. After bagging a slot on SAB TV with a show loosely based on the Hollywood chick-flick 'Charlie's Angels', Sonali and Amir are now gearing up to make a show for Colors. The show titled 'Devanshi' will be set in Haryana. The production house has roped in actress Karuna Pandey to play the antagonist.
Karuna, who was last seen in a positive role in the TV show 'Bhaage Re Mann', says, "I have been approached, but nothing is confirmed yet. I am not at the liberty to talk about the project."
Informs a source working on the project, "The show will be based on a superstition plaguing the Indian society. It will revolve around a girl child. Karuna is a brilliant actress and fits the part to a T."
