I don't think ishwari will be negative she will be insecure and will let both of them know how she feels but her words maybe be harsh but remember she told her brother she just wanted to know if dev likes someone he should tell her...sona will understand this and give her the space but I don't think it will be separation either dev and sona are already into deep with each other...dev might think to separate from sona but he will not be able to ishwari will give in after she thinks of the good sona has done for dev...I think it will lead to marriage even though ishwari is not comfortable with sona...she will want her sons happiness and she will tell him to marry sona but she will hide her pain of him belonging to another...it will be shown that the adjustment and her acceptance has to come after marriage...it cannot be before because she still has devs attention but when sona enters as a permanent member of the house then the story begins...sona will not be able to hide her relationship from her parents so she will have to let them know...ishwari thinks things as any mother who has a son so she will give in to make him happy...but is the adjustment after marriage is the story...

I think there will be a short separation but Iswari will realize that a Happy Dev means she needs to relent a bit on Sona...
As you say, I think and I hope the actual story starts with marriage where it will be interesting to see how Dev accommodates both mother and wife...

I am hoping to see a marriage track...

I agree partially. Other than GKB and Vicky (who are motivated by greed) , no one has been outright negative on this show. Much like real life, no one really wakes up and decides "I'm going to be the baddest villain today, muhahaha" 😆
Ishwari loves her son to the point of obsession. He is her everything. There is bound to be jealousy and territorial disputes. Totally seen in real life. Everything is a journey to wards the better.

This show is based on growing pains and it's awesomely done. I just hope there is scope for GKB to learn a karmic lesson too.
