Chapter 13 - The End
Amanat rushed to Rehan and hold him from his shoulder.
"What are you doing Rehan? You can't fall weak! You know she is just mentally disturbed and is not able to understand what is right or wrong"Amanat tried to explain Seher intention
Rehan listened silently. He looked at Amanat with a look that make him shudder.
"Dekho Rehan ye wakt bhut mushkil h Seher mai kuch bhi sochne smjhne ki ya phr sahi ghlt smjhne ki takat nhy rhy she is just burning in the fire of revenge we have to understand her situation" Amanat hoped for Rehan response but Rehan stood, looking at him blankly
Amanat looked around frustrated, he was not getting what to do. Suddenly it strikes to him and a hope rises
"Rehan you have to understand Seher! You love her and you should know that she didn't mean it"Amanat said softly
Rehan looked at Amanat shocked
" I don't love her! I know you both love each other and that's why you came here defending her but that doesn't mean you will say anything just for making me believe in you" Rehan didn't knew what he was speaking
Amanat looked at Rehan horrified. He looked at him for sometime and then break into laughter.
"Me and Seher? Which fool told you this?"Amanat said between laughter
"[COLOR =GREEN] I myself heared you confessing her"[/color] Rehan was annoyed at his response
"Tum bhi na! She is like my sister fool and in that sense we say love you to each other" Amanat laughed
" you don't! Ahhh!" Rehan felt himself a fool at that time
"Now take a chill pill bro and save your love from disaster she is all ready to jump in a well"Amanat rolled his eyes
With a heavy head she opened her eyes. Her vision was blur she tried to move her hand but couldn't, it was like they were not obeying her like they were paralysed.
Amanat was laughing and talking with Rehan while walking back home when he noticed that Rehan was not responding him and seems troubled.
"What happened dude why are you looking so lost?"Amanat was concerned
Rehan shook his head and looked down
Amanat narrowed his eyes
"Cm'on tell me what happened you shouldn't lie to me atleast"
Rehan sighed
"I don't know but am not feeling good like, like something is wrong" Rehan feel sad
"Chill nothing will go wrong you are just worried about Seher therefore worked up"
Rehan nodded thoughtfully and gave Amanat a small smile
As her vision cleared she observed her surrounding an herself. She was in a worn out place and was tied to a chair. She remembered meeting with Tanveer and getting hit. Seher realised she had made a huge mistake by going unguarded and that she was kidnapped.
She struggled to free herself from ropes but they were around her tightly. She felt sharp pain in her head maybe due to the wound.
"is there somebody? Please help!"She shouted
Rehan and Amanat reached home. Amanat motioned Rehan and moved to see Seher as Tanveer walked to Rehan.
Rehan looked at Tanveer uneasily knowing that she is a killer, disgusted him. Tanveer didn't care for his reaction as she was habitual of his curt behaviour.
"I was waiting for you, son. Actually am going out for an urgent work. Ahil was also not at home so I decided to leave after informing you" Tanveer passed a smile
Rehan nodded his head without saying anything. Tanveer was still standing when Amanat came rushing there, he shook his head at Rehan motioning that Seher is not at home. Amanat caught sight of Tanveer.
"Ummm, begum sahiba do you know where Seher is?" Amanat mused
"Seher! Oh yes! She was in a hurry and when I asked her she told that she has got the opportunity for what she has came and she is going there only! Now, I don't know what that is and where she went" Tanveer shrugged her shoulders and smiled slightly
Rehan and Amanat exchanged looks. Amanat forced a smile and thanked Tanveer showing casualty.
After Tanveer was quite gone, Amanat turned to Rehan.
"Bro we need to follow this woman there is surely something amiss" Amanat seemed serious for first ever time
" you are right Amanat because all she told about Seher I don't think was right, for Seher will never say all that to her or leave like this but... " Rehan looked at Amanat " begum sahiba is long gone we will be not able to catch up with her, it will be better for us that we find some clues at home for it has been just a hour we left Seher and she suddenly disappeared there must be some clue in home... or in begum sahiba room"
Amanat noded and they both rush to find some clue about Seher whereabouts. Unknown to two someone heared them.
Seher was feeling utterly helpless for being roped for hour. She wanted to cry out loudly but she knew it was of no use she has been screaming for so long but no one came, probably they didn't even hear. She didn't even knew where she was. She closed her eyes and leaned on chair
" ya Allah, meri madat kr! I don't know where I am, I don't know any way out. I don't care what happen to me but I don't want that I don't bring justice to my parents just help me for them just give me enough time to atleast punish the culprit that Tanveer" she spat her name like a venom
She heared her voice - "arre wah tm hmme yad kr rhy thy! Chlo dekho hm agye"
Seher opened her eyes with jerk and looked at her. She was smiling evilly.
Seher wanted to eat her alive at that very moment if she could. The expression on Seher face pleased Tanveer.
"Ahhh what a pleasure! Seeing you like this is truly a blessing!" Tanveer was satisfied "you know although I saw the pain on your mother face I failed to see the helplessness"
Though Seher felt anger she didn't let it overpower her, instead her mind was racing to find some way to get out of the place then something came in her mind. She smiled inwardly and looked at her right hand that was tied to the arm of chair.
Seher was waiting for Tanveer to turn her back and when she finally did it lost in her happiness she quickly moved her face to the watch she was wearing. She desperately tried to push a button on her watch while keeping an eye on Tanveer for if by any chance she turned she will sit straight.
When Tanveer came back to earth from her wonderland she saw Seher sitting straight with a slight smile that angered her. She moved to her in a swift moment and hold her cheeks, tightly pressing them.
"This is what I hate the most of you mother and daughter! Even when you both are going to die you smile" Tanveer left Seher with jerk and turned her back "when I stabbed your mother and Asad they both holded hand and smiled at me before closing their eyes forever."
Tanveer was fuming in anger but Seher had tears thinking about her parents she wanted to know more about them.
" but why did you killed them? what was their fault?" Seher shouted
Tanveer turned and looked at her with evil happiness
"Ahhh! That really pleased me . I mean you should be helpless in front of me." Seher looked away gritting her teeth "that's why I let your heart beat because I wanted to fulfil your last wish by telling you about your parents for I know though you get to know I killed them you still want to know why? And also I couldn't give you such a easy death without these... tortures" Tanveer was testing Seher patience by not telling her quickly and she was successful too because Seher was getting restless and angered
Amanat came in Tanveer's room and asked Rehan if he found something for which Rehan shook his head and same reply was from Amanat. They stood there thinking what to do when Rehan eyes caught something. He walked towards the big vase, bent down and took out locket.
Amanat rushed towards him, looked at the half heart locket and then at Rehan in shock.
"This is the same locket that Seher always wear! She never let it go because it is of her parents it has two heart pieces that make a complete heart she has first half piece with her and the other part of heart is with her sister"Amanat almost whispered
"that means" Rehan and Amanat looked at each other
"I and Asad were neighbours and very good friends. I always loved him I even heared my parents talking about our marriage but then we have to leave the city but I never forget Asad. I always loved him and believe that we will get married. After the death of my parents I came back to Asad for his support but he"Tanveer angered rose " he was giving support to your mother and was going to marry her. He deceived me, deceived me for your mother" Tanveer was red with anger
"I tried to make Asad realise his mistake I did even talked about our childhood and all those marriage talks but he laughed saying it was all joke I was hurt but covered up saying he is right! That day I decided to take revenge for all he did! He laughed at our old times deceive me for your mother" Tanveer was boiling in anger
"My father didn't deceive you! It's you who took everything wrong it was your mistake to call your childhood friendship love. You should have forget it all" Seher yelled
Tanveer turned with anger and slapped her hard.
"How could I forget it. I lived my whole life dreaming just our marriage but Asad decide marry someone else how could I let him live in peace when he destroyed me" Tanveer shouted
"This is not love! You never loved him you just wanted him that's it, you are a psycho and need treatment" Seher cheek was burning with pain but she didn't let her courage fall and countered back to Tanveer
Tanveer wanted to torture Seher but Seher's words were fueling her anger that she tried to cool down by slapping her. Seher's lips start to bleed from corner but she didn't show her pain.
"Did you know how I killed them? I killed them every moment! I killed his mother in accident I have to because she get to know about me, I sow seed of misunderstanding between them, tortured them by creating hatred between them for each other but in the end I never knew they start faking all those hatred and were working together against me. I got chance to kill your mother and I was glad about it but.. but when I was just about to stab the knife in her stomach, Asad came from no where and took the blow. I was shocked and broken. I saw Zoya sitting beside to him but I couldn't see her so, I killed her too" Tanveer was smiling at this point remembering how she killed her
Seher had tears running down her cheeks as she imagine the merciless killing of her parents.
Tanveer looked at her sad face with smile and sit beside her.
"you know I didn't cried on Asad death cause he had deceived me again. I simply took their bodies and buried them in that rose garden just outside my mansion and with obviously thorns too surrounding them as a memory for me to always hate them" Tanveer grinned
Seher was frozen hearing Tanveer. That garden where she spend her time has her parent's graves. Those feelings near roses were all this due to this?
"I will help you"
Rehan and Amanat turned to see the person and were shocked. They looked at each other.
"Sanam?" Amanat whispered shocking Rehan
To their shock Ahil came and stood beside Sanam.
"I am sorry for whatever I did Rehan I knew you was always right. I don't want to waste both of you time but I want to tell you this that I knew from the start that it was begum sahiba fault but wanted to hear from her. Today she brought me in a state where I have to tell the truth myself. Tanveer has Seher! She thought I was not at home but I was here only to look after Seher as I promised Sanam and that's when I saw her taking behind this mansion but I lost her there due to a call and when I returned she was not anywhere. There is some hidden room here somewhere behind this mansion I think a cellar." Ahil said as Armaan and Rehan stood shocked
"But Sanam?" Armaan spoke
"When she asked me about Seher she caught my lie and I have to told her everything. She insisted me to brought her here." Ahil told
"I was just here Armaan in this city only but little far so it just took me an hour to reach here" Sanam walked near Armaan
Ahil looked at Rehan and saw him most effective.
"Rehan..."
"We should rush to find Seher" Rehan
"I have a plan" Sanam said
Tanveer was going out of the place when she received a call informing her about a fire in her office. She was shocked and rushed for office.
The four came out of their hideout and meet behind the mansion.
"Did any of you saw the place?" Sanam asked
"No" Armaan shook his head
"What to do now?" Ahil said
Rehan stood silent.
"Sanam" Rehan called and looked at her
"Call Tanveer" Rehan said to Sanam shocking everyone
"Do you have any idea?" Armaan questioned
Tanveer stood shocked seeing her office all fine. She felt angry to know someone played with her.
"If I get this person who lied I will kill him" Tanveer muttered when her phone rang
"Hello" Tanveer was irritated
"How are you Killer Sahiba" Tanveer eyes popped up
"Who are you?" Tanveer looked scared
"Tsk tsk you forget me? Or you are not able to belive it's me"
Tanveer looked around
"I know you are not Seher" Tanveer said
"Why? Because you caged me? Poor Killer Sahiba left the door open and about ropes they can be untied you know" "if you don't believe me rhen come and see yourself. Bye bye" and the call was cutted
Tanveer was frustrated she was not able to believe what she heared. And if it is not someone ploy then she is surely in danger. She need to check.
Tanveer rushed for her mansion. She quickly rushed behind the mansion. She looked around and then opened the door located on floor of grassy land.
Tanveer was shocked to see Seher on the same place in same state she left her. Her mind was whirling in confusion.
"You have become huge threat for me" Tanveer gritted
Seher looked at her and tried to compose herself.
"Are you afraid of me?" Seher mocked
It added fuel in Tanveer's anger.
"I so wanted to see you helpless for some more hours but I don't want to see you anymore. Your time is up" Tanveer was desperate
"Go ahead" Seher shrugged her shoulder
Tanveer was frustrated to see her so strong. She should have cried and begged for mercy while she would have enjoyed her plight but here she is just sitting with glory. She wanted to torture her but she was afraid of being caught so she decided to kill her right away.
Tanveer pointed the gun towards her while Seher keep on looking at her with a smile.
A gun shot echoed in the cellar with a wistful smile still plastered on Seher and Tanveer still upset.
"Ahhh" Tanveer hold her hand while gun being fallen far away
Tanveer turned and was shocked to see police. She stumbled as she saw her both sons with Armaan and? Sanam? Now she understood who called her, it was Zoya second daughter Sanam. She couldn't believe her eyes as she saw Rehan rushing to Seher, taking care of her while Ahil standing with Sanam holding hands beside Rehan and Seher.
"How can Zoya win from her? She snatched everything from her. Asad in the past and now her both sons" Tanveer murmured
"Tanveer you are under arrest on the charge in attempt to murder of Seher and her kidnapping. You may rot in jail for your whole life" Inspector said
Before Tanveer could protest Seher stood up and said "wait a minute inspector"
Everyone looked at Seher confusingly.
Seher walked towards inspector and looked at Tanveer. She took out her watch and and held out in her palm.
"She should be given the penalty of death for I have solved the mystery of my parents Asad and Zoya Ahmad Khan sudden disappearance years back. They were killed mercilessly by this woman" Seher was spitting fire
"Here is the proof" Seher forward her hand " this watch had recording of her confession"
Inspector took the watch and looked at it. Before anyone could understand anything Tanveer played her cards she took the gun from floor and holded Seher at gun point.
"Look if anyone will try to come near me I will kill her" Tanveer shouted in desperate attempt to get rid of the impending troubles
"Don't please" Rehan shouted in fear to lose his love of life
Tanveer looked at Rehan with anger.
"Didn't I told you to be away from her? Look where your love for her brought us! I would've easily killed her and we both would have lived as we used to you me and Ahil but you didn't heared me. You ran after her and started to love her, get to know about my past and came to save her. You should have listened me son" Tanveer tightened her grip on Seher.
Seher felt the pain but she knew she can fight with Tanveer. Tanveer hand was bruised and she could feel the blood of her hand dropping on her hand. She is not strong to stand fight against her, Seher knew this.
Ahil stood beside Rehan and hold his shoulder giving him support.
"Look Tanveer you know you can't stand against us so drop your weapon. " Ahil threatened
"So finally you showed your true self. I knew from the start you are planning to expose me by being a good son but you knew I have your weakness the wrong statement that you killed your father while it was done by me. But look it's you who said the truth not me" Tanveer laughed on her success without understanding that she exposed herself
Taking the advantage, Seher kicked her. Feeling the pain in her leg Tanveer grip loosened on Seher. Seher freed herself and hold Tanveer hand which had gun and tried to snatch it from Tanveer.
"Seher you will get hurt. Leave her" Rehan tried
Rehan heart was thumbing loudly as he heared the gun shot. "I hope Seher is fine". He rushed to Seher and pulled her in his arms. Seher arm was bleeding. Rehanwas shocked.
Police took the Tanveer away while Seher without looking at Rehan or anyone who was concerned for her walked outside.
Amanat and Rehan exchanged looks and walk behind Seher followed by Ahil and Sanam.
Seher looked at the rose garden with longing. Tears fall from her eyes like a waterfall. She fall on her knees as cries escape her mouth. She was falling week but she didn't care. There was her parents lying. Her parents!
She sat there crying her heart out. Her weeping hurting Rehan and confusing them too. Rehan looked at her arm from where blood was oozing. The worry took of her wound took over her cries.
Rehan rushed by her side.
" Seher! You arm is bleeding. Let's go to hospital." Rehan voice was covered with worried
Seher looked at him with tears.
"How can you be so good Rehan? You love me right? I know! I too love you! But I hurted you for my parents who are not alive while you supported me over your alive mother! How can be you so good?" Seher looked in his eyes
He was shocked at her confession. Glad too but right now her wound was needed to be treated.
"Seher you are hurt." Rehan wanted to speak more but Seher cut him
"Yess I am! More than this bullet my heart is aching. You see there" she pointed towards the roses circle
Rehan looked at the garden and then at her
"There my parents are sleeping! She... she buried them there. That's why roses always give me the feeling of home because these roses surround my parents" Seher had light smile on her face while tears still blinded her eyes
Rehan looked at the garden in shock and then looked at Seher who's eyes were lingering on the garden with longingness.
Sanam closed her mouth with palm looking at the garden while tears welled up in her eyes. Ahil wrapped her in her arms giving her support as she too stood crying silently.
On the ground Rehan gave support to Seher and make her stand up while she didn't move her eyes from garden.
As Rehan took Seher away with small steps with a thought of her first aid SaHil followed their steps while Amanat stood at little distance with a small picture in his hand. Tears were in his eyes too but the emotions were different. He looked at the going couples and then move near rose garden. He sit on his knees with his head bowed.
"See your daughters are so amazing! They found their love, found your killer and without my asking found my family too... but am sorry for, my family ruined your family" He looked at the picture in his hand
It was an old picture of a small kid with his mother.
