If someone could provide a rough translation for the following poem, I would really appreciate it! Thank-you! 😳

Tu khoobsurat sahi

Par sabse judaa hai tu

Jalwa hai husn ke shaukeenon ka

Khuda hai tu

Tere aane se badal jata hai

Mausam wadiyon ka

Jannat hai woh, jahan hai tu

Khuda hai tu
You are divine

Tere aane se badal jata hai
Your arrival transmogrify

Mausam wadiyon ka
the weather of the beautiful valleys

Jannat hai woh, jahan hai tu
Heaven is there, world is you
