In a shocking incident, an aspiring 25-year-old model committed suicide by hanging herself from the ceiling of her flat. The deceased named Karamjeet Kaur was from Delhi and had flown down to Mumbai in search of work. Here, in Mumbai she was residing with her male friend and the duo were in a live-in relationship.
As per reports, during midnight on Wednesday, when Karamjeet's friend returned home, he found out that the door was locked from inside and even after repeated attempts when he could not get in, he realized that something was wrong.
He soon informed the police who reached the spot immediately. They later later discovered Karamjeet's lifeless body hanging from the ceiling fan.
Her body was then sent to Cooper Hospital for post mortem. Preliminary investigations are on and Police are questioning her male friend.
However, there is no confirmation about the alleged suicide and the reason behind it is still not known.
This is truly heartbreaking.
