Naive karthik to naughty karthik!

Initially karthik was shown as being very innocent, naive and a little gullible; almost childlike in his mannerisms, which is understandable considering he was a slightly rambunctious 19 year old. Even after the 4 year leap where he was more mature he was still portrayed as quite innocent and i at that time wondered when survi becomes older and their love story would start how he would be a romantic hero with him seeming so childlike. But, man did i get proven wrong.

After the 8 year leap and seeing how he had actually matured into a man and eventually when karthik actually fell in love with survi, karthik showed that he was no cub, but a lion for real as with every scene where he actually tries to get intimate with survi, he pretty much sets the screens on fire. Karthik's romantic and dreamy lover side comes as a major shocker in contrast to the childlike karthik i remember from the initial YVR days. Who knew at that time that this childish and boyish karthik could actually have this side to him

And to be honest it's like you got in my head & spoke my mind,cause that's what struck me too when watching the 19 year old as well as the 24 year old Kartik

Yes innocent Kartik had made me wonder if he could be this intense a lover

Yes agree sets the screen on fire whenver he tries to get intimate with Survi.He shocks me with his intensity & passion

And yes never imagined this aspect of childlike Kartik

What a journey it has been for Kartik really.Applause to the makers for showing it so beautifully Kartik's progression
