Before anything else I have five points that I need to make.
#1. If you have anything,...absolutely anything to say...say it on my face and not behind my back. I appreciate if you take it out on and not go bitching behind me for I like to strangle such two faced people without remorse of any sort.
#2. Since when being critical of an actor's capabilities became equivalent to bashing his/her character??? I NEVER made a comment on Vrushika the person, my opinions were limited to Vrushika the actor and that made me a bas***d of highest order who goes about hitting out on people's character? I have critiqued Kunal, Nakul, Leenesh, Surbhi and every other actor in here and there was no issue and I speak a word against Vrushika and I am a cretin? Wow...well all I can say is that the joke's on you!
#3. If you have something to say to me, say it. There is no need to target my friends over the same. There was someone who had been throwing veiled barbs at Nimmi di only because she supported an idea I put forth. I am very possessive about my friends so there is no need to drag them into battle ground over something I said. Again want to take it out, then take it out on me!
#4. Rev, Sam, Sofna and others, you asked me to give this a chance, I am trying to...but if this turns to another D3 or the shit from Zee; you'd have a analysis minus Ishana.
5#.Finally to all those 56 people who stalked my profile last night well let me adjust my crown and scepter and tell you I am the Empress of this place and I welcome you to the land. Just a quick tip, if you so badly want to know me why not ask me? Stalking will get you nowhere.
Okay last night's episode was a hilarious ride if you take logic, rip it into two and two again until you have confetti of your logic in your hand!
Scene begins with the Junior ObBros enjoying it with a complete Rockstar of a Dadi. Rudra is the proverbial mouse that plays when the cat is away. So he was made the bait by Dadi and Om into speaking it all out especially when Shivaay, like a mammoth was behind him. I believe everyone could have related to this one scenario. We all have landed in a soup where we had been bragging about a lot and lo, the focal point of our brags materialized out of thin air.
Shivaay had the expression of that khadoos teacher we all hate while Om and Dadi had a gala time at the expense of Rudra. I so badly hope and pray that this bond between the brothers would say like this until the very end. Trust me if they fall apart, my heart would break away. Honestly to hell with their love lives, it is the bromance that I am hoping would stay strong!
So Shivaay asks for Anika's number and Piku mobile phone. Trust my reaction on that was 'gaya Piku ka mobile' and the other four are as baffled as we were! "Ye ho kya raha hai?"
So now Shivaay takes it off, calls up on Anika's Bua and is greeted with her screeching voice. Nakul's expression were bang. The guys in this series have a brilliant comic timing without a doubt! A thought crossed my mind that what if Shivaay and Sunderi have a scene together, trust me that would be epic!
So Svetlana makes her third appearance already and now her malicious intentions are all over the place. So it was she who handed her boudoir secrets to Mita Vashisht (mere kandan were not working the other day and hence I heard Richa Chandra, or the maker's changed the name??) She was the one who got her MMS clip out in the open and had been waiting for it to be shown in Technicolor.
I despise and fear such people in equal measures who can sell off their flesh for personal gains. You need to fear such people as they have nothing to lose. And those who have nothing to lose are at their boldest and can even stake themselves. Svetlana is one such woman; she has nothing to lose in this particular game and that makes her the most lethal player. She can very well scratch her skin in order to land a upper hand over the others. You just have to fear this woman. How is it that both Om and Shivaay have failed to see her for who she is until now? All they see in her is a harlot kind of a creature that is selling itself for material gains, the boys are mistaken big time. Their folly will cost them in ways more than one. Okay Raiyma is pretty, so why the hell did they give her such a horrendous blow out night? God her hairs made her look like a legit chudail...oh my eyes!
The sequence that followed was hilarious!
Anika pops out of the box like a jack-in-the-box and makes Shivaay half mad into thinking he can conjure people out of the air.
Anika: Mere paas mat aana warna ye jo meri laal chappal hai na vo kaan ke neeche baja ke doongi.
Shivaay: *with an incredulous look on his face* Tum?
Anika: Aap?
And before anything else she fainted all thanks to the hit that she had taken previously! Oh and people the Trip. Fall. Catch sequence happened! I am so going to update the list after this one.
So Shivaay dumps her on his bed carefully, making sure she is fine as he zeroed down on the fact that she is hurt. You can see Shivaay is intrinsically a well-bred man but when his anger clouds his judgments he becomes the monster that everyone ends up despising. He isn't a bad man if you look at it; he is just misguided at times to take a wrong approach somehow.
And now the next set of hilarious stuff that was offered. Shivaay promptly picks up a tissue and holds Anika's bag as though it was mutilated dead body! Man Nakul's expressions were bang on! I couldn't stop laughing at that. He reminded me of my brother.
I have been a through and through product of a Jesuit Schools. A conventee if you will. We had very strict dress code in the all-girls environment. We had to wear panty-hose of white or nude underneath our skirts and it was difficult because the gossamer material would have rips and runs in it every other time. One day when I came back from school I changed and put my school dress along with the hose on a quick cycle. I took all my clothes and spread it out. What I had left behind was my hose and my brother found it. He had been holding it with a stick as though it wasn't a piece of clothing but a dead man's arm! The expressions that he had were a Kodak moment! Nakul was on the same front. True story!
So even this man faces a dilemma of whether or not to open a girl's bag. He was right for if you want to visit a nightmare, open a lady's purse. And so stealing a breath or two Shivaay gets to the task at hand. I can't get his expressions out of my mind! He is disgusted moving his hand inside her bag as if it is another tryst with gobar!
So he finds a carrot, a half chocolate, a kachada, a chappal (man who keeps chappal in their purse that too just one piece?) chana and made Shivaay go o teri! And some other miscellaneous stuff. HE shoves it back and is all set to inquire it out of Anika when Om and Rudra make appearance. Shivaay puttar, musibat jab aati hai na...toh ikhattey aati hai...installment mein nahi aati.
Rudra wants to get in and Shivaay is having a hard time driving him out and the icing on the cake is when Rudra spots something in his Bade Bhaiya's room.
Rudra: Aajkal aapne ye shouk paale hain.
Shivaay look back and thinks how they know.
Shivaay: I can explain. *all the while thinking, what will I explain*
Omkara: There is no need. Iss umar mein aise shauk hote hain.
Shivaay thinks to himself really?
Omkara: Tu Tia ki tension le raha hai na, koi nahi ussey main baat karunga.
Shivaay again thinks to himself, really?
Rudra: Haan bhai issmey bura hi kya hai.
Shivaay is now out of his mind.
Omkara: Tujhe kaam ke alawa bhi kisi cheez mein interest hai. Ye toh achi baat hai...tumhe fast cars pasand hai.
It now strikes to Shivaay, oh so they were talking about this.
Shivaay: Haan.
So what follows next he throws out his brothers and they assume Tia is inside with him. Rudra is not happy that the Lady Baba is getting all attention when it should have been him. So he along with Om walks down dejectedly!
Once Shivaay sees the brothers gone he quickly gets back to Anika and wakes her only to have her fly out of his bed and claim that kidnapping her had been a very bad mistake on his part.
Anika: Kaise insaan ho. Ek sorry nahi bola toh mere peeche police bhej di, mujhe kidnap kar liya. Ab main police bulawaungi aur aapse jail mein chakki piswaungi.
Shivaay holds shut her mouth only to have her bite it!
Shivaay: Tum pagal ho?
Anika: Ye na mera muh hai ismein daat bhi hai. Aur dono bohot tej kaatati hai.
Shivaay for the second time in the day is baffled.
Anika: Aise toh bohot tadi maar rahe theiy. Ab kya hua?
Shivaay: Kya kar rahe theiy?
Anika: Tadi. Aap jaise kanji aakhon waalon ko main bohot ache se jaanta hoon. Bagad Billa.
Shivaay: Tum kaisi bhasha ka istemaal karti ho?
Anika: Kyun uche khaandaan aur kache kaandan.
Shivaay was ready to break open either his or her head then and there.
While in his room such a tamasha is taking place, downstairs Om and Rudra see Tia are shocked beyond their wits to find out that Shivaay had someone else in their room.
Now Shivaay is back to business asking for his chip, and Anika is terrified to realize she threw it away. The future doesn't seem good on this front. Shivaay is a mad man when it comes to defending his family and Anika is kind of standing in between that.
But highlight of the episode was not the dialogues or anything else but it was Om. While Rudra was teasing Shivaay you could see Om was visibly angry at having discovered Anika in Shivaay's room.
Om isn't someone who is blind to Shivaay's folly unlike Rudra or Dadi or Piku. He knows him in and out and that is the reason why he doesn't want him to commit a mistake and then regret later on. While he might not be happy to have Tia as a sister-in-law but he wouldn't want Shivaay to put on the face that he is two timing with her. Om is very strict on that front; he doesn't want Shivaay's integrity to be questioned on that front. It speaks volumes about Om as a person. Honesty is the only thing that matters to him, beyond which he cares not for the origin or background of a person. Kunal came across as too tame in that scene. It was kind of a let downer after a charged up performance previously.
The precap is the turning point. Seemingly the MMS is leaked and Shivaay is ballistic over the same. While I am disgusted at Anika's manhandling I can't really blame Shivaay for that is who he is when it comes to defending his family.
