He is stupid generalising all actresses work harder but get paid less. It depends on the individual and how much time they devote themselves to a film. They should be paid accordingly. Not gender.
Actresse get paid more in women orientated films as they have the most face time.
SRK can produce more of these films if he feels strongly about this. Otherwise what he says should be taken with a grain of Salt.
