Yes, they did show Simmi's story after the leap. Simmi is working in Raman's company in a good post. They've shown her working in the office.

Years back(before the leap) Raman had blamed Romi for Pihu's kidnap which led to Ruhi's supposed death. He was beating Romi black and blue but he didn't say anything. Then Raman blamed him of taking money to do this and he lost his cool. He said that its just enough. Aapke paise... I'll come back to this house only when I'll be a big guy. When he was leaving theouse ACP h had come and informed that Ishita had jumped of the cliff because of which Mihika became furious and she had said a lot to Raman and held him responsible for Ishita's death. And she took Romi and walked out of the house. They stayed together for 7 years. Then Romi won the best CEO award and he told Mihika that he was waiting to get this award and then he proposed her and they got married.

Romi doesn't stay with his parents because he thinks that they support Raman and also because his parents stay with Raman.
