Vrinda is in the kitchen, making rotis.
Jiji comes into the kitchen. Vrinda asks her if she is coming to ghat for puja in the evening. Vrinda says that she feels very elated when she sees thousands of lighted diyas in the water as if heavens have descended on earth. Jiji says sure she will go.
Jiji asks her who she is cooking for. She says that she has a friend Sanya, for her.
V: You won't believe it Taiji, Sanya is new in Benares but usko benaras ka chaska lag gaya hai.
Jiji mumbles to herself:
J: Your belief will fly when the truth comes before you.
V: You said something Taiji?
J: I was saying why don't you invite your friend to stay over here for a few days. She will surely sometimes be remembering her parents?

At that moment, Sharada enters the kitchen.

Adi is packing his bags.
There Sanya is getting ready in red saree, bangles, sindoor , mangalsutar etc. She is very happy thinking this is the first time meeting her in laws.
She dreams they happily accept and bless them and then they announce they pregnancy and the inlaws are elated.
There Adi writes a note to his parents that he is already married and he is leaving the house. He asks for forgiveness. He places the note on the study table in his room under his parents photo.He calls Sanya asking if she is ready he is coming.
Sanya and Adi get off a vehicle.

S: I thought we were going home to amma and bauji.

She flings the mobile on her bed. Takes the books and leaves the room.
Krishna di comes and takes the phone and reads the msg.
She has a mischevious look 😉.
She calls Vik😉
Vik answers the phone and says he knew she would call.😆
K: Wow, looks like you are a fan of romantic films😆 behaving like Rishi Kappor😆
V: My love tells me you are not Vrinda 😉😃
K: One minute, one minute, for such a small matter why you bringing in LOVE😆😉. I am Vrinda's big sister, Krishna. You look like a loveable being.😆. Why does this Vrinda keep getting angry and scolding you.😉.

After lighting the diya and making it float away on the water,as she is walking up the stairs she notices Sanya sitting in the corner crying.

V: What? All of a sudden? Why? And Sanya, this sindoor, first time I am seeing this sindoor on yr forehead. With this sindoor you face should be happy. But instead its upside down, your face is unhappy.
S: Don't talk about the sindoor. This sindoor has cheated me.

At home, Jiji is in Adi's room and she comes across the letter. 😡
She reads the letter and calls Banu pratab,
