Prologue
It was 11pm night. A woman was lying unconscious in ICU in the hospital badly injured. Her face and hands had marks of bruises. She was none other than Roshni Patel or Ragini Desai Sengupta. She was brought here by Kesar who Roshni called while running away from Neil in her car who was following her in his car. He beat her very badly for hugging Sid at the airport who was leaving for London. He felt with so much jealousy and rage that when she returned home at night, he put on loud music and then started beating her with his belt slapping her and pushing her around. He even tried to rape her saying he will show what a husband does. Roshni ran from the window and got in her car to escape him. She called Kesar to help her. But when he reached her he saw her car meeting with an accident due to crashing against a tree while running from Neil. Neil who saw Roshni's car crashing against a tree left for his home thinking that she died. When Kesar came, no one was around. He saw Roshni unconscious with her head resting against the steering and immediately rushed her to a nearby hospital. That's how Roshni is lying here in the ICU injured due to physical abuse and an accident. Kesar was sitting outside the ICU crying helplessly.
Unseen by Kesar, a male doctor entered the ICU.
"Who is this new patient?" asked the doctor without looking at Roshni.
"Ragini Desai who is the wife of Mauve Chairman Neil Sengupta and also CEO in his company. Ragini i ," replied a nurse, "Her uncle brought her here after she had an accident due to her car banging on a tree. He also said that his niece was suffering from domestic violence. She is now critical. Her uncle does not wants us to inform her husband and in-laws."
"Okay. Let me see the patient," said the doctor.
The doctor looked at Roshni and was shocked.
"Roshni. She is alive," said the doctor shockingly.
The doctor turned to nurse. He was none other than Amol Sawhney.
"Nurse, have you properly checked the name of this woman?" asked Amol.
"Yes doctor," replied the nurse, "She is Ragini Desai only."
He left the ICU. He was again shocked when he saw Kesar sitting outside the ICU. Kesar did not saw him as he was looking down. Amol left from there before Kesar could see him. Amol came near a corridor and sat on the stairs. Tears ran from his face.
"Its all because of me Roshni is in this condition. I wish I did not done what all Yash told me. But I was always reminded of how he saved my family from a debt," said Amol guiltily.
Amol's family was in debt due to their loans for his medical studies and how Yash repaid his loans. After he came out of the jail after 6 months of DD's death for helping Yash in his plans, his parents disowned him for siding with wrong and blaming him for Roshni and DD's death. From then, he decided to change and win back his parents trust. He was pretending to be a suitable guy for Roshni to DD on instructions of Yash but he has developed some crush on her not minding to marry her and was shocked when Yash told him in the jail that not Amol but he will marry Roshni. Now, the person who was his first love is in this bad condition due to him.
"I will correct my mistake," said Amol.
"I need to contact Sid and tell him that his wife needs him. I will tell him that he is still her husband aIl I and Yash did not submitted the divorce papers in the court," said Amol.
He called Sid. Fortunately, he has still not changed his number. Sid who was still at the airport as his flight was delayed answered the call and was shocked on what he heard from the other side of the call. He immediately ran outside the airport and took a taxi to the hospital.
"I hope I succeed in my work," said Amol.
He waited for Sid to come to the hospital.
A/N: I am Juhi who is not so old member in this forum. This is my first attempt in JR forum. I got an idea and could not help from writing it down. Yes, I decided to show Amol returning as a positive character. If Yuvi from TEI can be forgiven and made a hero after all the wrongs he has done then why not Amol when he has still not done something drastic? I saw some posts of Raj finding SidNi still married so I got this idea. Hope you like it😊.
