I don't think the doctor told any such thing. I'm wondering when Dharam will reveal about not wanting a child from Meera.

Im guessing the dr probably said if Meera got pregnant again that she could die and that there would be a lot of risks in her pregnancy so Dharam doesn't want Meera to know this cause he doesn't know how she would react with this news
