Why Tara an apsara, queen of vanara king called as panchakanya? What was her significant role in Ramayan? This part was well answered when Laxman went in anger to Kishkinda and threaten to destroy it. Just rewinding what we generally know. Ram was not in haste to kill Ravan but gave time for Sugriva to help him in search of Sita, after he becomes the king of Kishkinda. It was not asked as a return gift for what he did to Sugriva, but as a trust on his friend. Sugriva failed to fulfill his promise and lead a luxuries life after becoming King.
The few salient points to highlight the sequence
1. Ram sending Laxman to remind Sugriva about his promise.
2. Laxman got angry on seeing the lifestyle of Sugriva and forgetting his promise to Ram. Laxman's affection towards Ram is shown well here.
3. Sugriva's fear for Laxman and realising his mistake
4. Tara's skill of handling the much tensed situation. She calm the wrath of Laxman. She advised Sugriva to concentrate on the task.
The inner meaning from the Kishkinda kanda in Ramayan is about the comparison of both Vali and Ravan where they remained similar. Both had such a wise life partners and didn't listen to their good suggestions. Here the same vanara king Sugriva considered Tara's words, accepted her good words for the welfare of both king and kingdom. This one shows why Ram joined hands with Sugriva, apart from just saying he also suffered like him missing his wife.
I feel CV's failed to capitalise on such a beautiful Ramayan part. CV's spend time on Sulochana but not on Tara. They showed few things about her in beginning of Kishkinda track but completely missed to pinpoint the important portion.
Note: Its seems SKR rushes towards the final war. Is the so-called rumor of SKR going off air turns to be real news?
