Today, I liked the episode fine. What Sona felt was genuine, because she belongs to a middle class family as well. But she should've provided a better solution to Dev. She took things personally. She shouldn't have done that.

Anyways, don't you think Sona's character is going down the hill? Also, I get a doubt sometimes. Is this scene of today an intentional one? Just to show that Sona has flaws as well? I don't know.

I know this would shake up the whole forum. But. I would still like to share something I am feeling. Does anybody feel that Sonakshi's character is being compromised just to adjust Dev's character? To show how REALLY good he is. I love Dev as a character. But it is okay to show him as a flawed
erson, I feel. There needn't be a genuine reason behind everything he does. He can do mistakes as well. Show him like that.

And to show that he is a very good person, theyre compromising on Sona's character.

Please CVs, please bring the old Sona back. This is my 100th request. Enough tampering done. GET HER BACK!

I actually think Dev's character was shown flawed today, and not the other way round...which was good. They showed how insecure Dev is about where he came from, and for the love of his sister - what he did was probably with good intentions, but not for the right reason. And I think the way Ishwar explained it to him was perfect - he cannot be the one responsible for everyone's happiness.

Okay, so my opinion is that, if they need to show dev as a really good person, its not necessary that they have to degrade or compromise on sona's character.. they can do it even without that.

I for one feel that both Sona and Dev have flaws which is fine as that makes them humane and relatable.
THis question of status in between them was good to have been brought up now coz In future that GKB will be the first one to say it on Sona's face. That time Dev shd be prepared to counter this because this question will come up. Hasn't she been already saying so much to sona... Her actions speak so too... For Sona to seek acceptance in the house, there are several points that need to be looked at.likewiae for Neha, I agree Neha has suffered a lot and she does not want to go back to a life full. Of compromises and all and it's OK to seek happiness for urself but her approach is wrong. She shd not have emotionally blackmailed her Bro citing their relations shall become Good if he is able to make ranveer rich. Thats laying a condition. This way relationships don't work. These two shd just wait for sometime so that ranveer grows in. Life a bit and then decide to gt married. Arm twisting him to accepting a job is not the right way.
Sona was arm twisted into accepting the job by Dev... Why will she not say the right thing on his face... She shd... Love is not about only having good things... It's about having the courage to show a correct direction to ur spouse of they r going the wrong way.
Well this is a serial and the CVS Wil twist it a little bit for sure... Here and there... Their characters will face ups and downs... It's OK I think.

The fact that we are debating whose is right and who is wrong shows both of them are human and not "the goody goody" mahan protagonist of daily soap..

I agree...exactly what I was thinking when I watched the episode. I didn't think Sonakshi would take it that personally. I thought she would have given him better advice. I guess it hurt her more that her own boyfriend was saying this.
