I don't think any mytho role can be "owned" by any one actor/actress, no matter how good they are. Mohit Raina was superb as Shiva, but SKR's Shiva is also very good. Rupa became a worldwide name as Draupadi, but Pooja shocked people with her sheer talent.

We have so many Rams and Sitas, and also Krishnas. Nitish Bharadwaj was a superb Krishna, but so was SRJ. Sunil Lahri was an awesome Lakshman, but don't we also love Ankit and Karan?

You know what I mean?

So if given the chance, I do think Debina can do a superb role as Draupadi.

Debina is a very talented actress !!!!!! 😃

She can do every kind of role even Draupadi , I know it !!!! 😃😳

But Janu di , I just love pooja as Draupadi and she is my fav Draupadi .😳😃

If it's about Draupadi,then I will say that Pooja is the best Draupadi for me.I know Roopa Ji was phenomenal.But somehow I could connect to Pooja more.

We all have our favorites yaar, and that's totally ok. 😆

But so many talented actors are playing mytho roles these days (though the directors/writers suck), that if we keep an open mind and do not stereotype them in a certain role, we'd be able to enjoy others in the same roles too.

I think Roopa was amazing, but I also prefer Pooja more, maybe because I like the way Draupadi was written in StarB more.

Draupadi in BRC was a bit hardened and cold at times, whereas in StarB she had her fun moments and expressed her soft, maternal side also. I saw less of that in BRC.
