fitness 4 me means:is not just goin 2 d gym havin flat stomach;fitness is abut beinghealthy physically wid a healthy state of mind. fitness is a way of life. it's not a hobby 4 me but a part of who i m.i first a 30 size pair of jeans 15 yrs ago n 2day i m 30 yrs old n still wear d same size
d bollywood body i envy:i dont think anyone has d perfect kind of physique. i lik d way rahul bose maitain himself.he is not a tall broad person.he has made sure dat his muscle size is proportional 2 his height,oderwise he wud look stumpy
bollywood/tv herorine wid d fittest body: is there any? lets change dat 2 bollywood actress wid sexiest body. i think bipasha basu looks realy sexy,although she dosnt look dat fit 2 me. narayani has lost lots of weight.she bettr givs d credit 2 me bcoz i was d one 2 introduce her 2 a gym but she has follwd it religiosly.
my fitness regim:i manage 2 hit d gym only 3 -4 tims a week bcoz of hectic schedules.i carry som weights wid me 2 shoot n workout weneva i get time. i also like 2 play music n dance.it wrks 4 me not just bcoz it burns d fat 4 me but also i njy doin it.it givs u a kick dat borin xcesise routine may not giv

my diet :i hav 5 meals a day i hav fruits n a dairy product along wid somthin fillin 4 breakfast.i hav a bowl full of sprouts or salad btwn breakfast n lunch.my lunch is quit normal.but i 4get deitin wen i see indian sweets,caks,pasteries n muffins. i do hav a sweet tooth but i jav controold it completely.

relationship btwn fitness n gud luks: i feel if u r fit u luk gud,so i wud say fitness=health=gud luks
my advice 4 fitns freaks: follw a propr diet . d main secret is -dont follw instructions,dont follw a trainrs advice blindly,dont follw any manuals,discovr ur body

my gym:d peopls which is open till 2.30 at night,which is briliant.it is in malad,where i stay.ur gym shud b very conviniently locatd coz othrwise u will not go aftr a tirin day
d best complimnt i hav got 4 my body: b4 i startd off wid television i had com 2 bombay n was doin a lot of fashion.i was dancin n thid gal said:'guys who dance dis well n use their body this well r gr8 in bed as well'.i didnot say anythin 4 abut 55 sec.i just dint kno wat 2 say.
