The pretty Gauri Pradhan's got a glowing skin.


Once when she was asked how she maintained her sparkling complexion she said, "With breeze!" Of course, she was joking. She then went on to say, "Actually there is no secret, I just try and control my diet and I don't get the time to work out. I drink a lot of water though. I guess that's all." So the secret is out for all the girls out there wanting to match Gauri's look.

no kidding, her skin is GLOWING!!

and biology lesson for all you all:

-Try drinking 3 glasses of water in the morning before breakfast. Water is suppose to cleanse your immune system so having more of it will do good to you and help fight off any bacteria that may be cultivating.

The lesson continues...

Don't drink water for atleast half an hour after ur lunch/dinner....this helps in digestion....and u will not have prob of tummy if u do this.....and yes thruout the day...drink atleast 1 lire of water..and see u'll be gauri urself😉
