On one side you say the DT does not responds while on other side you state you did not contact Artemisia. Both these things contradict each other. As per my knowledge, whenever you had pm'ed it was responded apart from those pm's about sticky updates since many DT's stick the updates/topics but do not reply back. Your last pm to the DT in question was regarding forum banner contest. Something you had discussed with me as well before you approached her.

Whether Artemisia does her duty or not is something those who have worked with her can answer better. When you don't know someone or hardly had any interaction with it's unfair to comment on how much duty they do. You have forum concerns you can address them instead of degrading someone to prove your point.

Coolbies are updaters of forum. They have no role in forum moderation. It is not our fault if you pm'ed Akki to post links in DT's section. You have been here for long and know how protocol works but if you decide to do it otherwise DT's cannot be held responsible for it. It was your choice/decision. Generally members are asked to reports to be sticked/removed etc so whoever is online can do the needful.

There are times DT's are not online when updates are posted and updaters approach GM's. That is applicable for all forums not just Colors including forums without DT's where members pm GM's for sticky. Be it CM or GM who sticks the update is not a major issue. Moreover it is between the DT's. If anyone has right to say anything in this regard it is GM's. If we have issues with it we will discuss with our fellow DT's.

Areyy yaar... see this, I pmed Aakash already 2 pages full !!! and even some of them he deleted! They are not all of my sticky pm's to him.

I am not sure why was this posted considering posting PM's on open forum is strictly prohibited. This one is from March when Artemisia was inactive due to health issues. Even then she tried to drop in whenever she could. And Aahaana was also inactive for the past 2 months due to health and personal life, she is back now. As for pming Akki have already answered that above.

We can't contact her, she doesn't respond to PM's / Scraps... She doesn't even seem to check the Forum even for a second! How do you know that Artemisia does not check forum? And yes these blind people are the one who had selected you as Coolbie in past. It's nice to hear such good about us from you.

We have always been open to criticism/suggestion but degrading/mocking someone in name of criticism will not be tolerated. We doubt any forum members would like to be attacked by fellow members same goes for DT as well. Let's not forget even DT's are members.

I do agree with you Naz..!!

Colors Section always lags everywhere. Even New Show Forums are opened late and their Montage Icon is updated once in a while and rarely we get Banners on Time.

I don't know what's the problem with our Channel MOD. May be she is really busy but then can't we have a pseudo MOD who does all work in absence of Channel MOD ?

Anyway hope this matter is solved asap.

It is a misconception that forum DP, photo gallery and opening new forums is managed by I-F Dev Team. We are only here for moderation. There is a separate team that manages it and we do not interfere in their operations. Any concerns pertaining that you need to contact site Admin and not us.

im sorry im not suppose to complain but I.dnt like how there is no response n this laidback attitude,indifference bugs me...The forum needs an active moderator who is here to attend to the problems n solutions for the members n the active running of the forum...If one decision has to been taken, We have to wait for months or either ur pms are ignored...

I m stating from my experience had been a Coolbie for 2 n a half yrs,was also been offered the Viewbie post twice ,soi know how it functions ... n had been under active moderators who were involved in the discussions in the forum ...This is what I had seen,Moderators always readily welcome and available...if not atleast resort to issues within 24 hrs,if not,THE Viewbie takes over to look in their absense!

We should bring up this matter now cos its irritating and atleast if not assign, promote a Viewbie in the forum for the smooth running where instant decisions can be taken n the forum can be looked upon!

Colors is a vast channel with most active sections. It is not possible to keep track of each and every post. Thus members are asked to report the thread so DT's can look into it and do the needful. Members of forum have an equal responsibility of maintaining a peaceful forum.

IKRS has been running for almost 10 months now. If members had concern they could contacted CM or GM's with their issues. Unless you don't bring your concerns/issues to the moderation team, having Viewbie will not matter because none of the parties will be aware that there is an issue to begin with. Even if the forum has a Viewbie and there was a major concern, they have to to discuss the matter with Artemisia and/or the GMs before tackling the issue. Many of the top forums of I-F have no Viewbie/Moderator and have been well handled by the respective Channel Moderators and GMs.

Banner Contest is held three months after the show begins. We would really like to know which forums from Zee had banner contest held 2 weeks since the forum opened. From making banner draft to voting process to declaring winner CM's are there with GM's on every step. Just because GM's post banner contest does not imply CM's takes credit and vice versa. It's a team work. Before making such remarks/accusations on someone members should get their facts checked.

It's strange so many members pm'ed you none of them contacted GM's even once apart from those pm's you had send to us. As stated above if members had issued they should have contacted us. Unless you communicate you cannot except other person to address your concerns. If they decided not to contact us there is nothing much we can do about it.

With all that being said, this thread will now be closed. We have tried our best to answer all your queries. If anyone still has any further concerns, please contact Artemisia or GM's and we will get back to them asap.
