Why?

Ever since i joined the Forum,there's this one question thats been eating me away,
I wanted to ask this alot of times but then i thought it was none of my business..but i cant help it anymore

The question is..Why do the Stories in this Forum,which involve Rape,Non-Consentual Intercourse,Doormat lead/Man-wh**e lead,Kinda stories get so many likes?

I mean i started avoiding such stories when i understood the man was Never gonna get punished but the Amount of Likes just Baffles me!

Anyone who liked such stories,can you please tell me what was so good about it?

Maybe this post will get ignored but atleast I'll know that i tried to ask be4 judging 😆

I think a lot of people like the bad boys stories in which a cute shy girl touchs the boys heart and turns him into a loving man.And in fiction u try to escape the rreal bad world.Everything turns into something good.In most of the rape stories was a lot of tragetic behind Arnavs life.And he really repents.I think most of the people know that rape is a bad thing, but answer me truly.If Arnav is through the whole story a good one people will like the story, BUT if a heartless Asr turns into Arnav and Kushis prince charming everyone will love it.
AND u know the saying.Girls oftern feel attracted by bad boys because the seen untouchable and u want to be the ONE for him.

I love to read Arshi stories but especially dark ones.I love it to see the journey of Arshi through so many obstacles.

We sail in the same boat. It baffles me too. I dont read such stories. I dont have the stomach for it either. I do wonder like you is interesting - I keep myself in Khushi's place thats it I cannot read those types. Rather I dont read all stories.

Nice question. Even i feel bad seeing how such dark stories attract young girls. Sorry! No offence to any one. But even the concept of bad guy and gud girl, is acceptable to some level. Like IPK also revolves around it, ok i agree he is not bad, but mysterious in the show, but the concept attracted me. then that is the limit.

Thanks for answering the questions Guys,however for me,Rapists ain't Bad boys..they are Criminals and deserve to be in jail..there is nothing (Or shouldnt be)remotely Romantic about that.

AND another thing is,in almost all the Dark stories i have come across,Arnav is Hella rich person and khushi forever poor and halato-ka-Shikar type person

Why isn't the Rapist Arnav poor?Is it because Then,girls wont go crazy about him?

Look,i know people have preferences but if my little sister had such taste in stories i would Seriously be concerned...I just want all the Writers to know,you are a Writer,you ARE a great human being but you are also very powerful,you can influence people with you stories.You can Motivate/Encourage Give several messages though your stories...so pls,dont show "Dark" Arnav with a Sob story in a light which will make people sympathise with a Rapist,or boys who blackmail Girls in Sex or stuff like that.

And also Khushi getting Stronger by the end of the story?If she was Strong,Arnav will be in Jail.

This is a very valid topic. I think the same, why readers are so crazy over rapist Arnav and a shy Khushi?
There are so many stories, where I have read, Arnav rapes/forces himself on Khushi and Later repents and asks forgiveness to her and seduces her to get her back with so called theorytumhe farak padta hain Khushi !

How can a girl love her rapist?? This sucks!!

I hate those kind of stories where Khushi is Raped by Arnav but she feels attracted towards him at the same time and Arnav can do anything and everything with her! But still she starts liking(maybe love too) him and wants to turn him into a good man. And lives with him Being Abla Nari!!

How can people like such horrible stuff??

In some stories writers write so much adult stuff/S*x scenes that it looks like a S*X Story and not fan fiction, it looks horrible to me, I can't bear these kind of stuff. Too much dark!!

I like passionate, intense
stories or hate-love stories but not these kind of stories.
