I might be the only one who hopes Aanya will not turn negative, but all the indications point towards that only. I wondered why she would fall in love with someone knowing he won't reciprocate. At least with Misha it was a different case as she considered Siddharth to be her childhood love. In Aanya's situation her immaturity will definitely be blamed for that.
