Akshay Kumar And Women Centric Movies

Just saw his quote and how he has no issues working in women centric movies... and realised how he has done a number of such movies.

Akki is a smart player and he can adjust perfectly in any movie. I mean even in special appearances like Om Shanti Om or extended cameo like DTPH he shines very well. So I doubt he is AB Jr type insecure.

although I doubt at this point he wants to play flower pot male to a lady, but he is someone who can easily take a backseat and give his co-stars a chance to shine without over-powering them in many scenes. That means if the lady actress has meaty role and he has to compliment her.

Also the movies mentioned are not women centric, but agree they give much big emphasis to women characters and Akshay adjusts very well.

There is a difference in women centric films and in films where Heroines have an equally or more meaty role
