If Abhi got to propose, would Pragya have told him Tannu truth?

Unfortunately Abhi's plans and preps went down the drain and he could not propose to Pragya.
Here is a question.

If he had proposed, Pragya may have said yes. That's what she intended to as per yesterday's episode.

But the question is would she have told him Tannu's truth?

Because the last time he proposed, she told him she can't be with him because of Tannu/her baby related guilt.

But the reality now is she knows Tannu/her baby is not an issue anymore, so she decided to accept the proposal.

It would be a lie if Abhi thought Pragya accepts him even with Tannu issue. Hence the question if Pragya would have told him the truth.

no way she will forget abt tanu because of her happiness pragya can romance eveyday na if she say truth and expose tany why pragya why wake up yaar before its too late what i feel is abhi get to know truthfirst after that also team will not open their mouthand tanu will say abhi all truth abhi will not blv after abhi get to know the truth pragya dai knows all 😆sepration next track

No she would not told T's truth but again get into new mission to expose the baby's truth.
Her dialogue will be your love gave me strength to fight against the enemies i will not let anyone harm you or take advantage.

But Abhi will think she accepted him despite Tannu issue.. which is not true. Would have been weird/unfair. I also don't think she would have told him the truth.. but what if the khushi made her speak up? Unlikely much?
