Selian, Tata and Mestry are in an auto looking for the house... Mestry starts the conversation with Tata.
Mestry: So all this while, who acted as Mithra is Megala? Why Aiya is hating her so much? Isnt that such a wrong thing to do?
Tata: Hmm...Tats not the only wrong thing he did...See where he had brought us up to now! Living us stranded in the road
Mestry: Its so sad to see Aiya's family staying in the rented house, when so many people outside there are living happily in the house built by Aiya...
Tata: What to do...All this is our vitti....
Then they get down at a house and enters inside to see it... The house owner is talking proudly of his house, while Tata agrees saying he likes the house...But Selian says, "Will the house be enough for us, since it only has 2 rooms?" Tata convinces him saying its suitable for them for time being. Then the house owner asks when they are coming in. Knowing they are coming in immediately he lists out the payment amount for the renting, and tells that he is also strict in collecting money. He says if he didnt get the money in the morning of every first day of the month, he will talk badly to collect the money, coz money is very important for him. Hearing this Tata and Selian start to think twice. Then the house owner asks who is going to stay in the house, where is the father and why Tata wants to visit them frequently since that will cause more water usage (This guy should have contract signed with Kanmani for water supply). Then he adds giving more rules of having kolam twice a day, no loud tv sound, no nailing, no portraits hang in the house and no to all sort of things...Hearing all these 'nos' Tata pays the advance and says will give the rest in the evening, and moving in the next morning. When all three have walked out of the house, the owner calls back asking them not to laugh out loud in the house when they have moved in.
Selian tells Tata its difficult for him to accept the rules and sad to see it. But Tata convinces him saying that is the real world, and he needs to have the courage and determination to go through the life (I wonder how Attai will cope in this houseš). Selian starts to cry, thinking if just for renting the house they need to go through so much of difficulties, and wonder what will happen in future for his family. Tata tells him that he is the leader of the family now, and needs the braveness to go through the situation and condemn Kalai's cowardice behavior. Selian agrees for the sake of his mom and sisters.
Crying queens are sitting in the living room filling the buckets (I mean more of crying scene la). Tata consoles Thilaga asking her to be brave handling the situation. Mestry tells them that they had found a moderate house and should move in there soon, which is agreed by Megala. Attai scolds them for being scared of bank officers and tells them that she will arrange an alternative way. Attai scolds Mestry for butting in. Kirtana says its better for them to move out before the bank authorities throw them out. Attai scolds her as well. And she leaves the place saying, "I know what to do, I will handle it alone..So you all dont interfere in it". (What she is up to now? Why she can keep her mouth shut for a while? š”š”). In between all of these, Thilaga cries thinking of what Kalai is doing for livingand about his health as well. (Rombe muhkiyam!!! š”). More water is collected in crying buckets, and Megala consoles Thilaga saying Kalai will return soon. (Chennai people, you can be happy...They are your savers for the water problems)
Villi is sad to hear that they are not accepting the documents, and Diwa tells her about money matter with Kanmani's in law family. FIL says that Thilaga is having lots of courage to go through the problems and at the same time feels pity for her of the situation with Kanmani's family. Sakthi is sad that she is born as female, so cant help her family much. But she wants to work to help her family out and asks for her in law's permission (Jagdu, Sakthi is doing it now...I think just for you šš). Villi agrees for it and Sakthi and Diwa are so happy hearing it. Sakthi thanks FIL and MIL, where MIL asks Diwa to help Sakthi in finding the job. Then both FIL and MIL leave out to the hospital, where Sakthi is happy and proud thinking of them. Then she says she is lucky to have them as her family.
Dhanda calls Bootham where Bootham comes down only after a while. He apologizes saying he didnt hear it as he was listening to songs when he called. Dhanda scolds him saying, "When I cant collect the money I had given, you are listening to song like chakravarthy's son is it?" Then he shows a ring and asks what's that. Bootham answers, "My ring". Dhanda scolds him for leaving the ring in the bathroom and not taking care of it as it has high value. Knowing the ring was from kalai, Dhanda says, "This ring is not even the value of per month's interest, but you still have to take care of it. Coz its Laksmi", and gives in the hand of Bootham. Then Dhanda asks where are the jewelry given by kalai to kanmani, and when Bootham says he doesnt know, Dhanda scolds him for not knowing. Then he calls Kanmani wanting to ask about it. Dhanda asks where is her jewelry and she replies saying its at her house. Dhanda gets surprised hearing this. Kanmani says she gives the jewelry to her mom wanting her to keep and has came back in hurry when Bootham called her suddenly. Then he tells, "Seri..seri...Dei bootham, you go and get the jewelry of Kanmni from her house now". Kanmani surprised...FREEZE....
I think Dhanda will make Kanmani to work to pay off the debt...
