Each and every scene in this show has relevance.I guess the missing purse is being used so that ShraMan meet again..
maybe when Sumo goes to question him about PCT then without knowing the reason he will admit that he was behind demolishing it. Later he will realize about the purse and maybe go to PCT to return and then realize that there is no PCT anymore and its on the same property ..

PAN card is Permenant Account Number card. It acts as an identification of Indians, especially for tax payers. And its mandatory for major financial transactions. For the transactions of the amount above certain limit, its mandatory to mention the PAN no.

So in EDKV that man was paying her an amount of 4 lacs and that's why he asked for the PAN no. That's it.

And if we are talking about the misuse of the same, it happens that people misuse this card for a forged identity.

But in EDKV Ramu don't need to do such things.. as he had already created a big mess with PCT.

I think this PAN number scene was added there only to show that Sumo's wallet is missing.

I have tax exam tomorrow and it's like I'm revising importance of PAN...
